Kind of a fail this morning at a restaurant that seems to never fail unlike other fast food places. I went to the drive through and paid cash only to not get any change back and didn’t realize it until I pulled away and had to drive back around to ask for my change which I was given 1$ on what should have been 23$ in change. Had to go back and forth multiple times on what I was owed and also what I even paid. The girl that put my money given in didn’t even put the correct amount down originally. I gave exact change and she only put down the whole bill. On top of that my chicken minis looked like they were thrown into the box from across the kitchen. The hash browns were soggy and pretty much inedible. And the chicken biscuits bottom was the thinnest bottom on any biscuit I’ve ever had. One of my drinks wasn’t the correct size from what I ordered, the order taker had the wrong size down from the beginning. So just overall a fail on almost every step of the way. Not sure what’s going on but has me seriously rethinking coming back, at least to this location. It’d be cheaper to go to a different fast drive through where you get what you expect, bad service and pay appropriately for the failures not the higher price for what should be better service only to be failed.

Wow. This is hands down the best tasting breakfast I’ve had at a Chick-fil-A restaurant. Just a simple biscuit and hashbrowns but great quality. This kitchen staff deserves so much recognition. Very fast service as well.

Getting food at the Chick-fil-A at the Collection at Forsyth is always such a wonderful and incredibly positive experience for me. The owner/operator of this location should be oh so proud of his/her most dedicated, so very amicable, and so great team. Today, I was picking up a catering order for a holiday event. Katelyn, the awesome team member greeted me with a smile and was so very friendly. She also happily took my order to my car. She really exemplified totally great customer service, TQM all the way! So nice! I also dealt with Conrad the manager, and he was also went above and beyond to help me with my order. The food at Chick-fil-A is always so scrumptious, especially their nuggets and chicken biscuits. So Yummy! In addition, many a time when I come here through the drive though in the morning the front team is most oftenly so pleasant and delightful. And the drive through staff is always so diligent and also so congenial. I personally don’t think I could keep my composure like that when dealing with so many people like they do at times. Again, I will continue to frequent the Chick-fil-A at the Collection at Forsyth for their ever most incredibly efficient and benevolent staff and most delicious food! Thank you!

I ordered 12 count chicken nuggets for pickup and almost all of my nuggets were severely undercooked, medium rare as I bit into them they were raw chicken.

Great customer service. So happy they’re open again after renovations. This location gets incredibly (!!) busy but the line moves fast due to the amazing workers outside speedily getting orders. Inside workers also moving fast but precisely. I have never once received a wrong or incomplete order. I can’t say that about any other competing restaurant I’ve ordered from. Keep up the excellent work!
I recommend using app for the convenience and great rewards. Unlike other fast food apps, you do not need thousands of points to redeem for item. I regularly redeem for free ice cream for only 200 points each.

There was an issue with QR code when it comes to using the reward points.
Second time not a good experience with this location, do not get intimidated with the rewards, I was actually surprised that Chick-fil-A served the first time with rubbery chicken sandwich. I wish they avoid the reward program instead of jeopardizing their quality. Pay and get the item And the member did mentioned, that they are less staffed. I’ll go back, hopefully I’ll get the Chick-fil-A quality in the future.

They gave me the wrong sized drink (Charged for a medium but my grandfather asked for a large) and they forgot the polynesian sauce for my dad’s nuggets but the sandwich was the best i’ve had in a long time from CFA

Honestly, this was such a disappointing visit. My toddler wouldn’t even finish his nuggets, and that alone says enough. I ordered the spicy fried chicken bowl and somehow got grilled pieces thrown in. Then I got all the way to my destination just to realize they didn’t even give me a fork, so I couldn’t eat it anyway.
To top it off, my water tasted like mold… and I don’t even know what mold tastes like, but that drink convinced me I don’t want to find out. Won’t be returning.
