This location today was very slow considering I was first in line. Usually the service is fast at chick fil a with lines around the door. The girl taking orders this morning in line two seems like maybe she’s having a bad day or doesn’t enjoy her job. It was hard to hear her because she was talking low and seemed upset. The food was great as always for chick fil a.

This barely even needs to be said but it’s delicious as always. It’s always put together perfectly with care. No matter how busy they are (and they were very busy today) it’s fresh and tasty everytime. Chick-fil-A is the most consistent, delicious chicken restaurant, no matter what location you go to.

My wife and I absolutely love Chick-fil-A! However, this is by far the worst location we’ve been to, and unfortunately it is the closest one to us! For the past 4-5 visits I have ordered ahead for drive-thru pick up to avoid having to park and wait curbside. Why do I do that? I don’t know because every time I have gone they ask me to pull around to the other side of the building and park to wait on my food! I can understand if it is an exceptionally large order, or even if it is a one-off thing. This is happening every time I go to this location though and is getting really annoying! Unless you have time to park and wait or you want to eat inside I recommend finding another location.

Very friendly atmosphere with a lot of interesting history at this restaurant. They will even give you a tour of you ask and you should. It is so interesting! The food is very good. Our server Kalyn was just so sweet! Can’t wait to go back next time we are in the area.

Slowest Chick fil a I have ever been to. Nomatter what time you go or how busy they are it is SLOW. Now onto today’s visit everything was going about as usual for my food and drove back to my hotel. Got upstairs opened my bag and did I find my chicken sandwich with extra pickles? Nope I found a spicy chicken with pepperjack cheese and NO pickles. Thanks Alot Jacob

I have stop going to this restaurant because of the line setup. I took a chance to go today. Again, I am there in line BEFORE four other cars, and they all in the second line getting there order before me. The people in the back of me now are also getting their order before me. WTH Nobody can move behind me until I get my order, make it make sense! I only had an order for one person and that’s that! The line setup is a total disaster. If you in line first they giving orders to the people behind you first. The people behind me can’t leave, because I haven’t received my order yet. So there sitting waiting on me to move all the while their food getting cold. When I am in the middle of the line, I may get my order and still can’t move, because the people in front of me will need their order for me to be able to leave.(Lord forbid if this was someones lunch break). Whoever came up with this idea of moving the line faster or making it accessible, its a complete flop. I finally receive my order the chick fa la deluxe including a milk shake, pull off no straw in my bag, waffle fries cold. I see why I quit going to this place. Today, you’ll totally missed the mark again and I will not be returning. I don’t care how much I love your food, I can do without it. Its plenty other new businesses in Duncan that would appreciate a loyal customer.

Good food as expected. Stopped here on my way to GA. Use curbside pickup which was only a 10 minute wait. Bathroom was clean.

Overall everything is good at Chick-fil-A but them not to make the chicken a little well-done or extra crispy on requested and customers should be right shouldn’t be a problem if a customer wants their chicken extra well and fries especially when they get them they’re undercooked the fries not the chicken sometimes you can still see the batter on the sandwichs..
