The food like all of the others was good, i bought the heart shaped minis for my wife. Only issue waa the service in the morning. The older woman named Candy was so rude to me and other customers before and after. She was yelling at us and acted as if we were a bother. Ive worked fast food also but there is no reason to treat people like idiots or a bother

Very frustrating experience tonight. The drive-thru was not overly busy, yet we pulled in at 7:44 pm and didn’t receive our food until 8:13 pm.

The order was extremely simple. Two #1 meals and a nugget kids meal, but the team appeared to struggle. We were asked for my name four different times while sitting in line. Our order was mistakenly given to the car behind us, requiring it to be remade, and afterward they attempted to give us someone else’s order entirely.

The female manager on duty appeared oblivious to the ongoing issues and did not step in to correct the situation. Between the long wait, repeated mistakes, and lack of leadership, this was far below the standard expected at Chick-fil-A.

This location maintains the high standards of great food and fantastic service in a timely manner. They also seemed to have 5 or 6 of their own delivery vehicles, with a separate section inside to handle just that!

The food is pretty good. My waffle fries today tasted a little old. The sprite was watered down. I’ve been here often and the food is always served hot to me. There fries have a lot of salt, which is what I really like compared to other competitors. The negative part of my review would be the employees. The service could be extremely improved. First, this redish-gray haired mature woman was my cashier and she never smiled once. When taking my order, she sounded incredibly monotone and her eyes looked so dead. Like a machine with no emotions. I wish she had more enthusiasm or at least just appear to be in a good mood. I also saw a Chick-fil-A worker using the restroom and when she got out, her manager was disciplining her saying that she was needed on the floor. I would understand if she was just standing in the bathroom using her phone but nobody should discipline someone for using the restroom, especially something you can’t control like your bladder. I will keep coming here because the food is good, but this makes my view and respect of Chick-fil-A go down a little.

I’m from Georgia so I’m use to a very swift drive- thru experience. We were passing through and we waited in line for atleast 15-20 min for 2 meals. We all stated that this has never happened at Chick-fil-A before. I counted atleast 12 people upfront working, including the lady sitting in the chair taking upfront taking orders. I’m not sure what that was all about. They definitely need to work some things out.

This is a really great Chic-fil-a, the venue was very clean and our food was brought out very quickly. I was most impressed by the fact that the sauces were available for patrons to grab on their own, something many sites stopped doing because of theft or people taking advantage of them being available.

Our ordering experience was much worse. Candy was working at the register and spoke over us, spoke much too loudly and had a hard time placing our order because she was asking questions we hadn’t had the chance to answer yet. Everything was fantastic except my interaction with her.

Worst experience of my life, 30 minutes and I had to pull up and wait. 12 cars behind us got food while we waited.
I expressed myself and the girl that brought my food was like sorry with an eye roll.

We visited our FAVORITE Chick Fil A in Duncan on a Saturday night after a field trip. When we arrived we could tell it was busy and the staff was “deep in the weeds” as I remember it once upon a time. I just wanted to take time to acknowledge the always friendly staff for pushing through a very hectic looking situation all the while still smiling and everyone working so hard together. It was hard to be mad about a little wait. They got everything in our larger order correct the first try and we were on our way in no time. Great job as always everyone!!!

Definitely the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to.

It started off fine — friendly service and my food came out quickly enough. I noticed they only gave me one Polynesian sauce, which was a little disappointing, but no big deal.

Then things went downhill fast. As I started eating my grilled chicken sandwich, I noticed a long black hair in it. Pretty gross, but I understand mistakes happen. I took it back to the counter, and the staff was very apologetic. They said they’d make me a new one, which I appreciated.

A few minutes later they handed me the replacement — in a bag, with no sauce, and no tray. I ended up eating off the table. The sandwich itself was undercooked, probably rushed. Honestly, it was just bad.

If this had been Burger King, I might have shrugged it off as typical. But this is Chick-fil-A — and we expect better.

Never had an issue at this location and the employees are great, but the drive-thru is notoriously slow. No matter if I order there or do Mobile-Thru, I wait at least 15 minutes every time, no matter the time of day. It is honestly ridiculous, there has to be something to aid this ongoing issue. I frequently don’t visit this location because I don’t have all day to wait.
