I ordered no tomatoes on my sandwich which still came with them. Easy I just took them off then my sandwich was super thin not even a real chicken filet on it it was a sorry sandwich but these people here are always working hard and take your order without a long wait service is great but my sandwich was sorry maybe not serve half filets that are too thin thanks you!

Placed an order here after walking around the mall for a bit. Took a while probably because the tenders my fiance ordered were made fresh. Table we sat at was dirty, fries on the floor.. I’m just glad that eventually we got our food, it was hot and yummy.

I ordered the tenders which are $7 for 4. This is how they looked, overcooked also had a hair on one of them… ontop of that they forgot my brownie I ordered. I ordered on the Chick Fil A app and the food was ready within a minute or two but the quality is not the same compared to the other two locations.

I took my daughters and 5 of their friends to the mall today and we went here. 8 of us total, and each kid ordered separately and it took us a while to get the orders figured out. Everyone who was working was so amazing! From their patience for our chaotic group, to helping me carry the food, and making the drinks! Once we finished ordering it took just a couple minutes to have everything we ordered at our table! Thank you guys so much! It started out pretty rough. The line was going slow. The issue was me cause of how impatient I get. Once we received our food, however, things changed. The sandwich was perfect, nuggets great, and fries awesome! The staff, although very busy, stopped to get the condiments I forgot. Then, they were quick with the wipes when I made a mess with the sauce on myself. Great place to go to eat with an awesome staff, thank you.

I will keep this review at 5 stars even though I have a complaint and had this issue happen 3 times.
I go to chick filet at least 1-2 times per months. At times I get a large fries for me and a small fries for my wife. The portion in the large was exactly the same as the small. I said something at one of the times when I caught it at the drive through window. They corrected it and were pleasant about it. Other then this, one of my favorite fast food place to go to. I will continue no place is perfect. Things happen.
But, I will knock off a star on this review every time it happens again. I hope chick filet doesn’t end up with a one star here. They’re much much better than that.
Don’t start doing what other fast food chains do and start skimping. Not worth it.

Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Already posted one review but for some reason it got taken down. Don’t waste your money. Might as well go to Texas roadhouse. It’s almost the same price just a little bit more. they don’t even deserve one star.
