Nice dining experience at lunchtime. Ordering inside too a little longer than should have for the amount of people in line. Otherwise after ordering staff working the dining room section made frequent rounds checking if anything was needed like refills or sauces. Food came to the table pretty quickly. The only negative food wise was the grilled chicken sandwich. The bread was very crumbly like it was dry. Everything else was great though and the dining room was clean.

Soooo tired of this location. Third time in a row ordering door dash and the dasher gets handed a bag with half the order. Tonight’s order didn’t even have chicken !!! Just a couple of containers of toppings. What on earth?? Get it together hope mills. You all never understand gluten free orders. This location gets our order wrong every time

On 8/14/23, I witnessed teenage workers at CFA stand in 96 degree heat and also remained outside during a raining thunderstorm for an entire shift. CFA has always has amazing customer services, but I find it disheartening that sandwhiches are prioritized more than worker comfort. I do not know regulations surrounding duration of outdoor services, but do better CFA.

If I could give this CFA 0 stars I would. First, the sanitation rating is 93.5. I typically don’t eat anywhere less than a 95. So, I decided to stay since I was providing a breakfast to a medical office nearby. I walked in and there are no customers in sight. No problem since I was placing a fairly large order. Stood at the counter for a few minutes until one of the 10 CFA workers decided to acknowledge me. Again, they weren’t busy AT ALL! One was on her phone, the others were talking amongst themselves. I placed my order for a tray of chicken minis, fruit bowls, hash browns and OJ. I received my order except for the chicken minis. I ask about it and confusion ensued. After 10 more minutes, I received my order only to find a tray of chicken nuggets not minis. This is supposed to be a breakfast! I spoke to one of the girls and she asked for my receipt. Yep, the girl that took my order wrote it wrong on my order. Then the manager said they had to charge me more money for the minis if I wanted them. Ok, this was not my mistake and you’re going to take another 10 minutes to put mini biscuits on all the nuggets? Absolutely the WORST experience at a CFA I ever had. I spend hundreds of dollars a month providing food for offices but this CFA won’t see another dime!

Ordered a 5 piece nugget meal for child and the nuggets were so tiny I was embarrassed to give her her plate. What in the world ?!! Charge a little more if you have to but go back to the regular size nuggets! For shame, Chick-fil-A!

Absolutely unprofessional , unorganized and rude.! My order was made incorrectly although the instructions were very clear when sent to be made to their kitchen . I didn’t even receive a straw for my frosted lemonade which lost all consistency. I attempted to change my order before my I order was remade which cost less than my salad “the employee stated I will still give you your salad for free “. As I went to order the same employee told me I needed to pay so i was confused . I told her I didn’t understand why did I need to pay If I am changing my order . I could have understood paying the difference but paying for a whole new meal is insane. To avoid frustration I told the employee that I would just take the Sald because at this point all of this is inconvenience and waste of my time and gas.! Why did she tell the shirt manager and this young white lady bursted very loudly “Girllllllll”!! As if I am inconveniencing them , you all made the mistake to begin with not me .! This is an inconveniene to me .! I STOP SUPPORTING CHICK FIL A for years and I will never spend another penny here . The quality has degraded so much anyways .!

Chic fil A is one of the best restaurants of our times. Organized, fast service, friendly staff, inside and food delivery is on point. Of course there will be a few mistakes.. but chic fil a has the least. I’m been saying for a while..other good places need to take notes from this place.
