I’m afraid I have to share what others are seeing at this location. I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I couldn’t get to the speaker to order because of all the mobile traffic. Usually this restaurant is a home run. Not this location. Very poor.
Now if your idea of a good time is to sit in a drive thru for 30 minutes, become anxious that your not going to be on time to pick up your kid, pull into the mobile line and back out of the drive thru, leave without any food. Hey. This is your place. Enjoy. For the rest of us. No thanks.
It’s management issue. If you have a grievance with this location. Please speak up so they can get someone in there that can live up to the Chic Fil A name.

Nice dining experience at lunchtime. Ordering inside too a little longer than should have for the amount of people in line. Otherwise after ordering staff working the dining room section made frequent rounds checking if anything was needed like refills or sauces. Food came to the table pretty quickly. The only negative food wise was the grilled chicken sandwich. The bread was very crumbly like it was dry. Everything else was great though and the dining room was clean.

Employees are always friendly and service is fast at this location. My daughter loves the chicken sandwiches and we usually go in so she can play on the indoor play place. Restaurant is always spotless and smells clean. Update: went a couple days ago and I am always impressed by not only the cleaniless of Chick-fil-A’s restaurants, but their employees are always in fresh, nice looking uniforms. It presents an image to the customer that builds confidence in the quality of the food.

Very disappointed in this Hope Mills location. Today I witnessed employees being made to stand outside in 40 degree weather. The poor girl’s were freezing and could barely type my order on her tablet. No heater, no nothing.. I asked to speak to a manager at the pick up and he stated the upper management directed them to have people stand outside to take orders because they were going to busy. So what..make the customers wait in line in their warm cars and take the orders via the intercom. This was absolutely horrible working conditions for these young ladies! Shame on you Hope Mills, North Carolina location.

Giving the Chikfila Hope Mills NC an overall 2 stars. Since the new owners took over roughly about 2 years ago, this place has gone down hill. The service is super slow, drive throught is slow, food items are always missing or you are short one of your entire orders. I’m doing this review because I have already complained at the location 2x in the past year and it appears even the most basic expectations for filling a soup bowl cannot be met at this location. I would never venture this location if it weren’t for family wanting to go here. I’m adding a picture of my soup showing about an inch of product missing. This did not spill. This is how they fill their soup often at this particular location. They really need to teach staff the value of money and the time of their customers seeing how I have been repeatedly been cheated out of product or my entire order at this location. I always have to go back a 2nd trip to get it fixed.

A continually occurring problem with the drive thru at this place. Wrong orders!!!! Tonight we double checked the order with the girl at the drive through. She rested the order and we asked her again on a specific item. Got home and the order was wrong! Looked at the receipt and she typed it up wrong even after she was asked twice. Moral of the story use the app and take everything out of the bag and verify it with the receipt before leaving.

This was my first time coming to a Chick-fil-A. I ordered the new spicy grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries. The sandwich was extremely delicious and what I thought it would be. Definitely going back again. Daniel the order taker was professional and very friendly.

We were traveling and stopped here. The staff was very friendly. Our cashier, Jamie, was SO sweet and so helpful. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. Nice atmosphere! Love, love, love!
