Got here at 10 am open. Not everything was ready and that was ok with me. It meant everything was fresh. Food was good, employees were kind even with a difficult customer in front of me calling the employee at the register various “titles”. It’s been over a year since I had church’s, ours in Peoria caught fire and hasn’t re-opened. Anywho, Appreciate the good food and kind service

I ordered my food from GrubHub last night. I was so disappointed when it arrived. First off, they gave me jalapeno biscuits that I didn’t order. The chicken was old and burnt. It looked like it was leftover chicken that got fried again. The mac and cheese was gooey and overcooked. After reviewing other reviews, I believe this location needs to be investigated. I’m personally going to figure out who attention I need to bring this to.

Hello, I went to this facility 10/31 order the 2 piece with biscuit and pepper and okra .I than order three piece thighs leg and breast and 1apple pie and 2 pepper. I asked the guy did he put okra in box he said yes my fault. I should have checked. When I got home no okra. So I kept calling no answer. The next day called no answer so it was lunch so I drove up there. I talk to manager and told him my okra was not in the box and said he gave me four peppers which only had three that I paid for. So I asked I should me compensated with some he said a biscuit or pepper and I am are you serious. So a customer was in the lobby eating her lunch and she was like a biscuit or pepper and he got mad because I was talking to her. He said he couldn’t give me the free apple pie. I had spend $ 23.80 on the dinner. So I just got my refund on November 1 and was going to place another order but never again you treat customer like that. The manager was Maxmoud that what he said probably gave wrong name. I asked for corporate he said he did not know. I will never go there ago lost customer.

Words cannot express how disappointed I was when I bit into a piece of chicken that I purchased from this FAKE Churches. I have been visiting this establish.ent for over 25 years a d this is the 1st time that I can say that SOMETHING AIN’T RIGHT. It is NOT the same Churches that we all know and love. UNFORTUNATELY, I will NEVER visit this place again. The chicken has NO SEASONING and the corn is in a cup. I’M DONE!!!!

The chicken was dry and stale. Why would you sell staged old chicken that’s been sitting on the bin for probably 2 or 3 hours and then sell it to the consumer. This makes absolutely no sense! I would’ve went back to request a refund but I live 30 minutes away and with traffic it wouldn’t make sense. I figure give them a call for a complaint but they don’t answer the phone. 10 piece meal for 33 dollars isn’t worth it folks. This should be fixed

Great job Churches!! I drive 42 miles to get there and its worth it. I would love for them to open one up in Vernon Hills, Mundelein area .

Cashier wasn’t helpful never seems to understand what i wanted. I informed him to change my order he got very upset didn’t listen also A long brown thin hair was cooked in my chicken thigh I just wanted to throw up. I called them at least 3 times yet no answer. Glad I like the food enough to tolerate my last experience here. Placed my order online 30 mins prior to my arrival to pick up. I was informed by Door Dash that the order would be ready to pick up at a certain time. I ended up waiting for at least 15 minutes in the store while they prepared the order from the start right in front of me! Then once they seal up my bag, an employee runs out to my car to catch me before I pull off to add a final item to my bag that they forgot. All the while I’m waiting for my order, the line starts to fill up and nobody was acknowledged or had their order taken for the whole 20 minutes I was on the premises. Won’t be returning to this location. Super unfortunate for me to say since it is a very local location.
