We liked it. We didn’t get to go inside though. We went through the drive thru. We got through it pretty quickly (even witth 2 lanes funneling into 1). The people who work at these establishments are always friendly and kind and it was no different here. The young lady was helpful and kind. We paid for our food and after that we were out of there pretty quickly. It helped a lot that day because I totally forgot to bring the homemade lunch (I usually always have) and no one gets much time for a lunch break from work, these days especially, so I was extremely grateful to find a place that has good food (especially for what most would consider fast food) and that could get us in and out of there quickly. We would definitely go back.

Swung in for lunch. Drive-through was daunting. Needed to stay on the road, so stuck with five through. Unbelievably, we were out on give minutes, and both inside and drive-through were packed. Food is always great. It’s just amazingly efficient. CF has a great service reputation, but this was the best.

Asked for no pickle but my sandwich still tastes like pickles which tells me they were just removed. Never received my fries but 2 yogurts instead. Worse tea/lemonade ever. I get the same items from here every time I’ve come & Never once have I had such a horrible experience.

Great Chik-fil-A restaurant! Drive-thru lanes usually move fast whenever I go there, which is quite frequently. The employees at the drive-thru are always friendly and very efficient. As are the inside staff as well. This most recent time I visited, I had the pleasure of meeting a young man working the drive-thru by the name of Christian. IMO, Christian went above & beyond with excellent customer service. I’d recently received a Mother’s Day gift; a Chick-fil-A gift card.. I’d uploaded the gift card amount to my Chick-fil-A account on my phone app while I was there in the drive-thru line, and before I neared the pull up to pay & pickup area, he stepped up to my car window and asked how I’d be paying… and I told him with my gift card credit that I’d just upload it onto my Chick-fil-A account through my app on my phone. Christian helped me since it was my 1st time unloading a gift card credit amount to my account…and I wanted to ensure that I could in fact, use this credit amount right away for my order at the window. He showed me on my phone app and said to me “yes you can.” He was very willing to help and with a very positive and upbeat attitude.. a very nice young man. Christian is an asset to have at Chick-fil-A. I will continue to visit this location as not only are they friendly, efficient, and helpful, but also the food is always fresh and made to order. Hot and delicious as Chick-fil-A always is. If you haven’t been, you should definitely go.

I ate at a CFA in St Louis weeks ago and now in Gastonia and I am in awe how they have become the busiest.. most organized.. convenient.. most delicious.. fast food in the USA. My #1 vote CFA I’m extremely impressed! The way the line moves .. orders taken .. and food so fresh…STAFF SO POLITE… KEEP UP THE SPIRIT CFA… absolutely… The best!

Belmont is probably the best Chick-fil-A location I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting.I think all fast food chains should model themselves after the Chick-fil-A Brand style of management, staffing, and particularly their unique customer service, consistently a friendly staff & delicious fresh food.
