I was going through the drive thru and employee passed me my lemonade completely dropping it on me and the inside of my car. Sitting here soaked the employee and manager gave me a handful of napkins and told me to please move on. I pulled over to clean my car try to dry myself and they all just stood at the drive thru window looking at me. Not once did they say sorry or please let us fix this. So very disappointed in the customer service.

I ordered 44.00 worth of food. My order was place correctly but wasn’t made correctly. The sandwich was dry and old looking. It wasn’t the cheese I asked for. I was told to call customer cares b/c I wasn’t coming back there tonight to get my order remade. To be told I would have to wait 3-4 business days for a manger to reach out to me through email. I went back the same night and had my sandwich remade. When I asked why I wasn’t offered fresh fries with my sandwich was the least they do, the manger told another manger to come help me. I could hear her asking what did I want instead of coming to finish helping. I then had to explain my grievance again and my newly made sandwich was getting cold. That sandwich was thrown away so I didn’t eat any of my food. I will be disputing this with my bank when the charges clear. It was no longer about the sandwich but how I was treated. Their customer resolution policy is terrible and there isn’t much resolution for the customer.

As always this store was fast, friendly, and delicious. This is a nice new store with modern aesthetics. The staff are always nice and very attentive. The food is hot, and fresh. Basically this restaurant runs as a well oiled machine. I have never waited more than a few minutes to get my food. Stop in and you will be pleased with your meal and delighted in the service.

By far the worst Chick-fil-a I’ve ever visited. I love Chick-fil-a, but this one has horrendous service. You’ll easily spend 20 mins in drive-thru. I’m not sure why this one struggles with logistics so much and the one 7 mins away is the fastest in the area. But this one never fails to take 10x as long to make it through the line. I’m officially done with this one! I thought I’d have learned my lesson after 20 other visits of messed up orders and overextended wait times.

My fries were cold, but I ate them anyway. It took 15-20 minutes for my order to be completed. There were only 3 other families inside the restaurant. I counted over 20 employees, not including the kitchen staff, and there were also 3 managers on staff. It should never take that long for food to be prepared and only to come out with cold fries. That’s not chickfila standard. Most of the employees were standing around talking. The customer service here needs to improve also as well as the speed of production.

I placed an order via Door Dash for myself and a few coworkers. When the order was dropped off, my drinks were not with the order. I could not catch the driver, so I called the store. Even thought I needed to speak to Door Dash, the owner Nick was very understanding and super nice! He wanted to make sure we had a great lunch, so he personally drove over to my job and dropped our drinks off himself. This is customer service that exceeded anything I have EVER had. He was so super nice and you can tell he is such a great human being!

Everything was great, I went through the drive-thru. Only thing, when ordering my sides for each meal, (i got yogurt parfaits for each of the 2 breakfast meals) the gentleman asked me which I would like, granola or cookie parfait. I told him I would like one granola and one cookie… essentially one of each. When I got home my friend only had yogurt and berries, no granola lol.

Why do I continue to give this location chances ?The other location behind the mall is so much better! Seriously you cannot even compare the two. Complaints start with 10 minutes to get my order taken in the drive through. Next person taking order is not aware of all sauces available ,” jalapeño salsa.” Next issue food wasn’t ready when I finally got to the window. I only had one combo and a kids meal. I was asked to park ,” no your parking lot does not accommodate trucks to maneuver through easily,” I was kind when explaining this issue. “ Last few complaints have to do with the food. The fries were at best warm and I live less than 5 minutes away. My Spicy chicken sandwich did not have extra pickle as requested. They did however take the time to put the sticker saying that it did. The owner should be made aware so that these issues can be addressed with his managers. Perhaps a 30 minute training process to get back to the fundamentals / basics. I will not be coming back to this location until I notice change.

…only one small compliant. They had two people working the drive thru. After one emoyees line was done, they didn’t come and help knock out the line of cars in the other lane. Just stood there.
