I did a mobile-thur order for myself & I was also picking up a mobile-thur order for my roommate who placed it separately. I checked both our orders in with the QR code & drove around the building. My breakfast order contained a chicken biscuit, large hashbrowns, & gallon of sweet tea. My roommates order was chicken biscuits (add egg & cheese) & a large diet lemonade.
The girl was very nice & she handed me the gallon of sweet tea, the large diet lemonade, & only 1 bag of food. I asked her if both orders are in the bag. She said yes. I asked her if the lid was all the way on the gallon of sweet tea because it looked crooked. She said yes. So before I pulled away, I looked inside the bag & there was only 1 chicken biscuit. So I let her know that I am missing my roommates chicken biscuit. She just stared at me. So I pull out everything in the bag to show her I only have 1 biscuit. She walks away saying she will let them know.
I then process to sit there for 15 minutes in the drive thur waiting for this biscuit.
I normally a very patient person but it was taking a long time & I was given no update while I waited.
Once I finally got the biscuit, I thanked her but there was no apology for the mix up or the wait or the inconvenience. So I just left.
By the time I got home, turns out the lid was not on the gallon of sweet tea all the way & it leaked all over my passenger seat.
I normally don’t complain but I am very disappointed with this Chick-fil-A visit & truly might reconsider going to this location again.

The best service and their Mac n cheese is better than many other locations.
Teen worker was meticulously cleaning tables and stations as soon as customers left. He wiped down thoroughly and was able to keep pace with tasks at hand. David S. You’re awesome dude!

I recently had one of the drive through employees provide service that far exceeded my expectations. Lydia got me set up with the app and earning rewards and is the most positive and uplifting employee I’ve seen in a long time. I always choose this location for its great service and tasty food.

The Chick-fil-A on Falls of the Neuse Rd in the Falls Village shopping center is not as organized as other Chick-Fil-A’s. The mobile order line, when you circle around, goes to a separate waiting area. The regular line, including those who ordered after a few of us in the mobile line, were served first. They waited until that line cleared to serve the mobile orders. The whole point of the App is to get priority.
This location is difficult to get out of as the parking lot is not the easiest to navigate. It might work better if they just kept the mobile thru with the regular lane and everyone exited the same way. It is an accident in the making.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and although the service is good, the food experience has always been poor.
I ordered a large fry that came with WAY too much salt (and I usually add extra salt to fries). I asked to have a new fry due to the saltiness and this (photo) is the “fresh new” large fry that I was given. A bucket of crumbs. I was able to pick out 3 or 4 normal fries before I was only left with scraps and left hungry and dehydrated from all the salt.
To add insult to injury, the sandwich barely had any chicken in it, and all the ice melted in my drink before I even left the parking lot after sitting down to eat.
I imagine this branch could triple their revenue if they fixed some food and drink issues that seem to be quite common. Although it’s close, I’m not sure if I’ll come back to this one.

I’ve always liked Chick-fil-A, but my drive-thru “chicken strips” order was a little cold the other day. The waffle fries have gone down in “taste appeal” since they changed the recipe. Overall, in general, the prices are a bit TOO HIGH for me.

Usually the service is great during the morning/lunch time, but the night crew needs A LOT of work and adult supervision. Some of us don’t get off work until 8pm and just want a quick filling meal, but I guest tonight’s crew on 3/26 felt like giving us scraps. The guy who took our order looked like he didn’t want to be there, but on top of that we had to tell him twice what chicken we wanted on our salad. I guess he didn’t hear us the second time because our order was wrong at the window, so we had to wait extra time just to receive our cob salads with whatever leftover chicken they can give us (inserting picture below of both salads). I spend so much money here and normally this Chick-fil-A is great, but I hope you can take my advice on bettering the night crew.

Great dinner and family-friendly atmosphere. We witnessed the manager assist the cashier, training her up in the Chick-fil-A standards. What a beautiful display needed.
Mac and cheese and nuggets were excellent. The market salad was sooo fresh and filled with healthy items. A sandwich was not hot, but when it was acknowledged, it was immediately corrected.
So many families flooded this location but they handled it well. Thank goodness

Great staff, mid day meal with my little one. Having a smaller scale play place was nice and the cleanliness of everything was top tier. Will be by for another meal. 10/10

Food is okay. No complaints there, but the drive thru wait time is longer than expected for a chic fil a. Doesn’t matter when you get there, you will be waiting in line for a long while. I was actually shocked when I went to another location that was much busier that serviced their customers very quickly
