If I could leave 10 stars I would. I have NEVER had service this attentive and prompt in my entire life. I didn’t catch the young lady’s name but there was a super friendly young African American worker with braces and long box braids who checked in on me and my 2 kids on multiple occasions and really went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. She needs to be recognized because after a long exhausting day at UNC childrens hospital I needed that…kindness goes A LONG way. Thank you!

I went to this location a few weeks ago with my parents. Never been to this one and thought I’d give it a try. The ordering process was fine, the problem was when I got to my seat, I noticed that my chicken sandwich had “drive thru” and “special order” written on the tag. Which I only ordered a regular sandwich to begin with. So I took my sandwich up to the front and asked them to do a quick swap to get the one I ordered. The female employee gave me a strange look and it took me several times of explaining the situation to finally get my regular sandwich. No apology either I might add. So all in all, not really happy with my experience at this particular location. Pretty lousy when you can’t even get an original chicken sandwich right.

Just stopped here from Virginia on the way to Carolina beach. I ordered chicken club and upon receiving my order the sandwich was cold and the cheese not melted. Sent it back by a manager and got new sandwich only to discover nothing different. I have never had a bad experience until now. Very disappointed and asked for a refund. They are giving chick-fila-a a bad name. I was informed that it is how its done but on the way out, noticed the same sandwich and cheese was melted.

Been only three times all three times my order was wrong! First time just a chicken sandwich..it ended up being spicy chicken so out the window it went…Second time I ordered 2 / 8 piece grilled chicken nuggets almost $17 worth and got home and it was containers of Mac and cheese!!!! Are you kidding me! Today I ordered a plain grilled chicken sandwich with pickles only and told the guy that handed me my order about my past experiences and wanted to make sure my order was correct..he assured me it was..nope, a bun that was in three pieces smashed together and no pickles and a tomato..I’m done.. train your folks please and have them pay attention to the order ..that’s around $40 down the drain.. looking at other reviews this is a constant issue..maybe new management needs to come in and help train because I’ve never in other locations over the years had a problem with my order..good luck

Only reason this place isn’t getting a 5/5 is a lot of times me and my mom will order from here at night and not receive all of our items and it has happened a few times. The employees always offer a refund or a gift card anytime it happens which I think is nice.

We stop here occasionally for breakfast on weekdays and it’s always a great experience. Food is always hot and quick to arrive to our table. The employees are always super nice and pleasant to deal with. We’ve never had a long wait in the mornings. One of my favorite Chick-fil-A’s!
