Not sure why but the drive through has two lines. One for app orders only and the other line is for non app customers. The line for app orders had no customers in line while the other line was backup. I pulled in the app line because it did not have any cars and the employee told me that he could not take my order because he would get fired due to me not ordering on the app. He told me that I would have to drive around and get back in the correct line or pull up at the window and ask their permission. I pulled up at the window and the young lady agreed to take my order. My ? Is chic fila what sense does it make to make customers wait when you have a drive through line that is completely empty. What sense does it make to have a line backed up to the road and not have common sense to tell customers to move to the other line where customers could be taken care of more efficiently. It doesn’t matter how many people you have working in drive through. If the customer in front of you is taking a long time to order then every customer behind them will also wait and create a ridiculous back load of cars because the other line which is completely empty can only be entered by app ordering customers. This makes absolutely no sense

2 lines but only one ever has anyone in it. One for mobile order is always empty. Engineers are idiots. I ordered chicken sandwich I got grilled chicken. Not what I ordered. They have 7 children working the drive thru that take your orders and the only thing of importance is talking to each other not listening to what is being ordered. This is now the 2nd terrible experience here. This chik fil a sucks

The last (3) recent visits were a waste of time & money. Today, 8/12/23, I ordered a bacon/egg/cheese muffin & coffee. I was overcharged because the person added a hash brown (I don’t eat this item). Then they said they were out of coffee & would make some. Went to my table, person delivered my sandwich & said nothing about the coffee. Finally got my beverage and it was the worst coffee ever, I took it to the restroom & dumped it. Out of all the fast food places, McDonald’s has the best coffee & it’s only .89 cents (senior discount). Chick-fil-A offers no discounts for seniors or veterans, I’m both. The previous time I ordered coffee & an egg/cheese/bacon sandwich. Got the coffee & went to a table. Person came out & said, “Can u come back to the register, I’ll need the change back that I gave u because I gave u too much change & undercharged u”. Went back to the register & paid the additional amount & reminded them that I still needed my sandwich. I took the lid off my coffee & it was so full I couldn’t put in the cream ( I asked for them to leave me room for cream

Stopped by after class around 6:30pm. There was quite a line in the drive-thru but all of the employees were so pleasant and so patient! The young blonde repeated my order back to me, explained that there would be a wait for Mac n’ cheese, and everyone of them were smiling the whole time. We waited, not too long, and the order was 100% correct and all of the food was nice and hot! Great food and excellent service! We will definitely be back!

i love this chickflia, they have always been super fast and if anything has gone wrong they have always made up for it and it’s so kind of them to do that, they are so respectful and kind. i have been going to this chickflia my whole entire life and they have never failed me! i love this chickflia so much and you should definitely go here when they re open soon!

Went through the drive thru pulled up in the shortest line 2 cars pulled up behind me within a couple of minutes, as they pulled up the longer line moved several cars up. The girl told the 2 cars behind me to come over which was fine but they had 3 workers on that line! I told the girl I was ready to order she looked at me and rolled her eyes and walked away to take the order from cars that were behind me! So I went inside and of course by then I was mad the girl said I am sure that they had good reason for that. I told her that the only reason was was too lazy to walk over to my car! Then as I proceeded to order I did apologize if I seemed rude but that was uncalled for. Then she could not get my order correct. Just frustrating that the quality of service has gone down so bad! I rarely eat out and enjoy chick fil a. I have been told of the service going down hill but saw it first hand today! I never received an apology just looks like I was out of my mind for complaining about it! Doubt I will be back anytime soon! Please get your act together!

I understand you order extra ketchup and they don’t give it to you or maybe a straw but Forget to put Top Buns on both “SANDWICH’S” now that’s just ridiculous now. Didn’t notice till I got home. Always check your order ladies and gentlemen.
