Since the remodel, this location has gone significantly down. The service is far slower and there is zero attention to detail on the food. They forget things constantly and just do not have the same attitudes. Pictured with this review is my most recent fry order. Lots of end pieces and tiny bits. Barely enough to fill a regular order. Pretty disappointing overall.

If you order from this location using the delivery option through door dash please be mindful that if this location doesn’t give you all your items DoorDash will give you a hard time getting a refund. I have had this happen twice using the Chick-fil-a app to order delivery while sick. I will say when I do mobile drive through I never have any issues, but whoever is packing these orders for third party deliveries need to triple check that everything is in the bags before sealing them

I usually do drive thru thats why I gave a 3 for atmosphere… however drive thru is TOP TIER ESPECIALLY with I think her name is Erika …ill update if her name is wrong. But every time I come she is soooo delightful, kinda, warm, welcoming and just on top of everything. She’ll be outside, inside, cleaning tables, getting drinks. But she is AMAZING! Food is good, hot and fresh.

I don’t know what happened but this spot has gone down hill. The first couple times I ordered it was great but here recently the portions have been super small. You order extra portions and then they don’t even give you the extra portions. I ordered a salad didn’t get my dressing ordered extra egg and received three slices. This is ridiculous then you have to go all the way back to the restaurant complain for them to give you the same amount.

Everyone in this location was so so kind. Like no one at all was even just cordial. They all stood out as sweet and attentive people. Erika, who I think was on dining room clean up, was maybe the nicest person I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. I wish I’d gotten everyone’s name to give them a shout out.

Haven’t really had any issues at this location, except for their tea. I will never order tea from this location again. I have a total of 4 gallons, one was for my mother that we picked up for her, and she ordered sweet. We order half-and-half or sometimes unsweet. Anytime we order half-and-half at this location, it has with these floating globs in it. My mom‘s sweet tea had the globs as well. Those 2 were replaced no issue. Went there again and we had the same issue with the half-and-half but not the sweet. It’s likely something to do with the temperature of it, but it has the globs from the start. It’s not that we don’t do it like we should because you have to let it cool a certain amount before you can put it in the refrigerator or it will definitely grow bacteria along with compromise your cold stuff in the fridge, but it’s never been as big an issue with the sweet tea or the unsweet, except that one gallon. Please look into this as it is very unsafe and pretty disgusting and from now on I hold every single jug (from any location) up to the sunlight or whatever to see inside it before we leave the lot! I’ve never had this issue with half-and-half at any other location and we get this tea quite often as a trucking couple.

Food is always good. Service is sometimes friendly. But for some reason, their Movile-thru ordering system isn’t set up to make sure you get the correct additions or condiments you request. They never get sauces right, if you get any at all. And they never put coffee creamer in the bag. They’re too busy getting 25 cars per minute through the drive-thru. I’d rather wait a half minute longer to get what I want.
