The Pickle wanted some Chicken and I decided Chick-fil-A was the Place. The Chicken did not Disappoint. It was Juicy and Amazing. The Workers was Outstanding. Only Problem I had was the Cashier never said, “My Pleasure.” We Laughed as I told her it was my Pleasure to Eat Here. This Pickle will be Back. Oh and paying $2 for 9 Baby Hash Browns is Crazy.

I had ordered 2 spicy biscuits and a coffee the other day. I had two rewards for the biscuits. The total was $2.65. 2 days later I get a motivation that my total was changed to $6.71. That’s a $4.25 difference. I told the manager about it and she was very combative and accused me of lying. I’ll never be back.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent visit to this location and will be sticking to the Candlers Mountain store from now on.
I ordered a Mocha Cream Cold Brew, and it wasn’t until after I received my drink that I realized they hadn’t used the correct base. When I questioned it, I was told they “no longer use shake mix”—which is frustrating since every other local Chick-fil-A I called confirmed they still use it. Looking at my receipt after the fact, I saw they just rang it up as a “Vanilla Iced Coffee, minus vanilla, add chocolate.” They essentially sold me a basic iced coffee without clarifying they weren’t making the actual cream version.
To make matters worse, the food was nearly inedible. I ordered a grilled egg white sandwich and received the driest sandwich of my life. The English muffin was rock hard, there were barely any egg whites, and the piece of chicken was the smallest chunk I’ve ever seen.
Save yourself the trouble and drive across town to the other location where the quality and service are actually consistent.

Ordered the 30 count nugget family meal for my son and his friends tonight, when we got home we realized it was chicken strips instead of nuggets at this point our food is cold. I called about 10 times with no answer so i just went back to the restaurant and explained what happened and i asked since our food was cold could we get fresh fries, they told us they could only give us the nuggets. I bought the food back up there to them so they could see what they did wrong and still wasn’t accommodated properly. This is unacceptable.

You get the classic Chick-fil-a experience here. The drive thru is quick but there also also curbside options. My experience has always been quick and pleasant with the staff displaying great hospitality.

i never write reviews or complain but this was kinda my last straw with the timberlake location. besides the half full fries and missing items, i had their salad last night and found multiple hairs in it. when i called that night, no one answered. so i called the next morning, was told to bring it in for a refund. unfortunately for me i don’t keep half eaten salads with hair in them, so i realized that unless i wanted to dig in the trash for a $10 salad, i wasn’t getting my money back. instead i’ll no longer be going to that location. so just a heads up to the cfa kitchen, please make sure ya’ll are wearing hair nets, thank you 🙂

Ordering from this location is such a gamble and 9/10 this location will let you down. When ordering from this location they seem to ALWAYS forget something. This crew never pays attention to anything. And while an apology is the least you can do, I’ve never once been offered to have the meal replaced as it is ALWAYS COLD when I get the opportunity to eat once I correct the mistake they made.

I think I just made one of the best sandwiches. I got the new honey pimento cheese sandwich with the spicy chicken and I added mayo and bacon to it. By far one of my best fast foods I’ve had. The service is always great and the resturant is clean on the inside and they always give me napkins and are kind. The only complaint is that my fries container was about 3/4ths full, but thats just being nit picky. Overall great experience!
