This Chick-fil-A always has a filthy dining room and the food here tastes off. The chicken is usually over cooked or dry. If you go to any other Chick-fil-A you can taste the difference. They’re all better than this location for some reason. The management at this location is also terrible. I don’t recommend.

They are always efficient to get 500 people thru the drive thru quickly. My only issue was ,as I don’t eat out much, and, we never made it to the menu board, we were trying to remember what we used to get and that was a touch aggravating, the drive thru associate was in such a hurry to get us thru he talked so fast I couldn’t quite understand him. Overall they’re always great tho.

Chick-Fil-A corporate really needs to review the management of this restaurant. The management should run a McD’s not a CFA. The management really gives CFA a bad name. I have been to CFA locations all over the country and this is the worst location in the country by far! Expect cold food and/or warm drinks here, mediocre and super slow service, and just a blah atmosphere. I am so disappointed that this is my local restaurant. I only visit when my kids beg to go here and dread every minute of it.

“My pleasure” is better unsaid if the best you can do is scoff it at the customer. The drive thru system has gotten chaotic and I had to request the other part of my order. Hopefully the new location will bring improvements.

Tried to do a drive thru pickup and the worker just about jumped in front of the car and asked us to go into the third lane. There was no third lane. It just brought us to the exit so we went inside and changed to dine in. They forgot our drinks and literally the person who dropped off our food made them and said it was her first time making a milkshake so she hopes it tastes fine. Too much peach in it and honestly the weirdest and lowest quality Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to 🙁

I have been coming here for some time. I do not want to post a critique but I hope this helps more than it doesn’t. A employee named Caleb (older bald man) is very passive aggressive with the customers. I experience everytme with him but I’ve said nothing. I’ve come close. Today he was rude to an old lady in that not apparent passive aggressive way I’ve seen him do this to others but she was a sweet old lady inquiring about placing an order for a later date. Showing disrespect to her crossed the line. Please help this employee improve their attitude and interaction with the customers, especially the elderly. Hope this improves, thank you.

I will not eat somewhere that has a roach problem 1 was in the bathroom corner and another 1 ran towards the kitchen while deciding what to order. Nope not getting my money try cleaning the place properly first instead of getting a new building built and infesting 2 buildings
