I can’t believe I’m writing a bad review for a chick fil a. So it was between breakfast and lunch, their excuse, for why it took over 10 minutes for me to get my food. I dined in and it was NOT busy. Most of the people dining in were the employees. Yes they need to eat too but why have MULTIPLE employees break during a “busy” transition? I got the new pimento sandwich and it was cold. Probably due to the topping being cold. My medium fries had 8 . Luckily the kind lady working the floor made it right. Everyone else seemed to not even care. Do better

I placed an order through the mobile app. Once arriving in a parking space. I put in the # to my spot and waited for my food. After waiting over 20 minutes for my food. I contacted the store to see if there was an issue. I was informed they would be bringing out my food in a few minutes. Once returning to work with the food, it was ice food. Our lunch had be to microwaved in order for us to be able to eat it. And we all know microwaved fries are not good.

There is a worker named Dion that did not do well with customer service when I went. He refused to listen to what I was trying to ask him. He just kept cutting me off. Other than Dion my experience with them was great.

You can never complain about Chick FIL A bit one thing I did not care for. There is a drive thru, curbside, delivery service and yet 3/4 of the parking lot is set aside for non inside dining. You have try and find a place to park.

Piss Poor service and customer care. Poor work practices, Poor customer service and interactions. Lack of listening, communication and comprehension skills. Did not supply dressing for a Salad that requires dressing to be eaten and then would not do anything to rectify the situation. I spent over $40 in this terrible establishment and could not even eat my dinner when I directly asked for dressing when asked by the person who rushes you in the line without letting you look at the menu. The food is entirely too expensive for to purchase a salad that I can not eat. Kylie the manager on duty, Jamie the General Manager and Shaun Hess the Owner all need customer service training and a review of policy. Just because you can afford to own and establishment does not mean you have the knowledge or business ethic to do so. I will be sure to complain at every chance I get about this poor excuse for a Chick-fil-a. CFA was my first job and I am embarrassed by my experience here tonight.

Love this Chick-fil-A! It usually is on point but this time the sandwich that I ordered with cheese and extra pickle was cold hadn’t even melted the cheese and they didn’t give me extra pickle. Not that big of a deal but a little disappointed.

While this Chick Fil A isn’t terrible, it certainly isn’t my first choice in the area. The parking lot is so inefficient. Most spots are reserved for curbside pickup making it very difficult to find a parking space. Furthermore, the drive-thru starts right at the entrance which can back up preventing cars from coming in. The inside of the restaurant isn’t much better. The area around the front counter is very tight. There is not enough space for everyone: the line of people placing orders, families walking to the dining area, people waiting for orders, refills, or even asking for forks, knives and condiments since this location doesn’t have a condiment stand . I have waited upwards of 5 minutes for a fork. The dining area is somewhat small as well, so seating during peak hours can be an issue. The food isn’t bad, yet the service at atmosphere is merely mediocre. If I had a choice, I would go to another Chick Fil A in the area since there are so many in the region.
