Worst outlet of Chick Fil A I ever visited. We went for dine in and ordered two meal with Deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. Within few seconds they delivered the food to our table. When I touched the sandwich it was cold and when I touched the cheeks it was sooo cold. I asked one employee and told her about that she took that and returned after 15 minutes later and that time the sandwich was not eatable. It looked old and the buns tasted expired. I’m not going to visit this location any more. Very upsetting.

I ordered ahead for a pick up on my way to work and did not realize that I was supposed to wait 5-10 more minutes for them to prepare my food. Emiya was very friendly when I walked in and got me in and out super fast. She’s great!

I’ve been here many times for lunch and more than at least 3 times they get my order wrong. Yesterday I got a salad and when I got back to my destination I see they forgot the dressing so I couldn’t eat it and saved it and went back today to just get the dressing. I explained this to the lady wearing a grey shirt and she seemed like she didn’t care at all nor said sorry. I’ve worked at CFA before and I know we are trained to provide better customer service than what she provided. Even a simply sorry would have sufficed.

Visited around 8:00 AM. The air smelled a bit like rancid milk inside. The servers weren’t super friendly by CFA standards. But the chicken biscuit breakfast hit the spot.

This mall location of Chik fil A is very chaotic during the lunch hour, I think they need to streamline their operations a bit to help out with this. The employees have got to be stressed out daily.

Inside the Ballston Quarter on the ground level, this location of Chick-fil-A is small. There are a few seats in the back and outside the restaurant. There’s usually a line, but it moves fast. They have all the usual fixings. Spicy chicken sandwich with no butter on a wheat bun is always my go-to.

This Chick-FIL-A was the worst I have EVER visited! After placing our order (Chick-Fil-A sandwich combo), we waited almost 15 minutes for a large fry to be added to our order. There was several orders lined up on the counter waiting for fries. What CHICK-FIL-A runs out of FRIES!!! The assistant manager was running around like a chicken with her head cut off with a lobby full of customers waiting on FRIES. How pathetic!
