My daughter and I dined in at this location (close to Ross). We have been going here for years without incident. We ordered our food but didn’t get all of the sauces we requested for two meals. I asked my daughter to go to the counter and request the sauces we didn’t get to finish our meal. My 10 year old went up to the counter where she was questioned about what sauces she previously had by a man named “Isaac” who looked to be a part of management. She asked for more sauces while I sat and waited only for her to come back to where we were sitting with the saddest face. I asked her what was wrong and she said “the man with the chicken on his sweatshirt told her no and said “how about I give you 2 instead of 3/4” although I was there in the dining room waiting. This upset me because this has never happened in any other Chick-fil-As. When I asked Isaac nicely why he told her no he immediately got the owner and began to explain the situation without all of the details. I began to get upset and raised my voice during this encounter and repeatedly told them that this was ridiculous over sauce/to tell a 10 year old no. I asked for his name and left. I returned minutes later because I wanted to know Isaac’s last name only to find that he was still talking about the sauce incident to coworkers but failing to speak the total truth. His colleagues had to yell him to go to the back. BLUF he must have thought she was asking for too many sauces without supervision and he had no clue how many the cashier gave us in the 1st place. While the owner was trying to diffuse the situation and accommodate me I wasn’t interested. I guess we will have to go to the Chick-fil-A down the street across from Wawa where we have never had an issue.

Always great food and service, I come here a lot! My only complaint is that the operator for this location hardly ever sends rewards for app members, at other locations I would get a free item at least one a month, but at this location I’ve gotten maybe 2 or 3 since they opened. Otherwise, flawless as far as chic fil a’s go 🙂

I went here on veterans day to get a free sandwich as the web advertised. Not all did. But the manager there was more than happy to honor me on veterans day. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. I will be a regular customer at this location. Great customer service, clean and friendly employees. Thank you very much.

Love this location ! I normally don’t write reviews for anything but I had to commend you guys on how customers are treated . I was here on Tuesday to try the chicken & waffle sandwhich and it was really busy so obviously there was a wait. I paid with cash and as I waited, Damian and I talked and cracked so many jokes ! We were talking for maybe 2 minutes but it still made me forget I was even waiting for my food! I got up to the window and was met with smiles and my food! Love this location.

I used to go through a shared parking lot to get qdoba. Then I would leave next to Chick-fil-A to get easy access to a stoplight. They just made it a one-way so only their drive-thru can use that exit. Insane for a business to have monopoly on access to a road.

The manager Lauren is very rude I had a burrito that was cold with cold eggs so came back to have it remade. She gave me attitude & I come to this location at least twice a week and sit in .. she refused to make it over and I has a receipt! So I told her I want a REFUND! then she offers to remake it ! No Lauren ! I want a refund! And then she tried to apologize! Nope too late.. the customer service was giving McDonalds ! She needs to be retrained ! And u called and left a voice mail before returning to the store ! Maybe Lauren should pick up the phone !

This place isn’t to Chick-fil-A standard. Didn’t get our order right, gave us some drinks that wasn’t half and half sweet tea. Not as friendly as most Chick-fil-A’s. What should we expect though, Baltimore is right down the street.

I have now had 3 separate occasions of discovering hair in my food when going in the morning from this location. I think I can say I have learned my lesson and will avoid going here in the future. When I asked the manager have other people reported hair in their food he replied he hadnt heard “too much” about it. This response led me to believe that in fact complaints have been made. Please be sure to check your meal from here especially if ordering breakfast.
