Service was horrible from the time I told them I was picking up a mobile order to the pickup window. I didn’t think it was possible to ever receive horrible service from Chick-fil-A, they proved me wrong. Even thought it was funny when I mentioned the lack of friendliness at drive thru.

Went to go pick up a mobile order. I entered the chicfila around 15 minutes after the order was placed, I saw the order behind the counter an additional 10 minutes after that. I spent the next 15 minutes trying to get an employees attention to ask them to hand me the ready order, but every employee walked past me as if I wasn’t saying anything at all. By the time I received my food and drove 5 minutes home, the food was cold and the drink was warm. 0/10.

This chick-fil-a is cool. The staff is not as inviting ouke they are at other locations. The wait to get food is longer, also, constantly. The eat-in area is nice. I like to eat at the outdoor benches when it’s nice out. They are a little stingy with the sauces at this location, too. I asked for 3 sauces and the server looked at me funny.

This location isnt pleasantly accommodating at all. A member of our group wasn’t accommodated easily with refills or additions we paid for. We enjoy coming to chick-fil-a”s for their quality and customer service. She ended up having to eat her meal in our work truck because getting what she ordered proved difficult. There was no time left for her to sit and eat.

Service wasn’t what we’re accustomed to on Washington Blvd & Baltimore National Pike. We weren’t accommodated easily for refills or additions we paid for. When I requested what we paid for I had to wait incredibly long, then watch them ask the manager, then ask for the receipt. Yo! We just paid over $50 for fast food for 3 people. What the hell! It took so long trying to fix my meal to eat that there was no longer any time left for me to relax and eat. I won’t be back.

Gave me the incorrect order, then replaced it with correct order but all cold food and stale fries. When I called about that the manager “Todd” was very dismissive and was giving me attitude over the phone as if this first of all isn’t his job line but also a mistake on their end. I shouldn’t have to return to a place on the other side of town to receive yet another meal that should have been correct the 1st time but CERTAINLY the 2nd time. I’m also not surprised because this location seemed more like a hangout spot for the employees rather than a place where food is being served. I mean have fun and enjoy where you were but obnoxiously loud conversations that have absolutely nothing to do with your job should be kept to a minimum and not literally at the counter or over people’s food. And it wasn’t just one or 2 people it literally seemd like most of them were there to fraternize.

Sorry, this is the lowest quality CFA in the region right now. We had a serious food quality issue, and brought up the food to the staff at the front. The (kind and attentive) team member showed the issue to the manager who never showed any interest in helping or talking to us. We got a coupon for a sandwich. They just avoided addressing the serious food safety concern entirely and avoided talking to us about it. This isn’t just being “busy” – this is being careless. Where has the customer service gone?
