You guys need a better service for your parking lot & drive through. Its TOO CRAZY. Someone needs to direct it because I cant even park to pick up an order because the drive thru line is so long and if I approach the parking lot and not the line, people think your trying to cut the line. Please work on this because I will not be back to this location. No other location has this problem.

Came to get dinner using all my children’s Christmas gift cards. Had to do each as an individual order (per my kids). lol
Well the servers were awesome and sooo patient ! Went above and beyond to make sure all the orders came out correctly and packed them up nicely for me. Helped me get out the door with it all also! As did some of the customers standing by! Such a friendly environment and people! Would recommend this location a million times over!

The past few times I have ordered a sandwich, my top bun was smashed flat, like whoever put the top bun on smashed it down with their hand. Please stop. Just lay the bun on top. No need to flatten it.

I’ve ordered hash browns today.
They are crispy. And ketchup they provided is very easy to use without any mess.
Definitely coming back to try their other breakfast items.

Actively watched a lady with glasses set placemats out for only the white customers that died in … Myself and husband and another black family weren’t treated that way. And we all dined in … Just a real observation… Hopefully not they way this company is choosing to treat people of color. … Another guest just got a placemats while I’m tying this.

I bought a Cobb salad at this place on my way home from work. When I got home to eat dinner, I started to smell a strange odor in the salad. I didn’t pay much attention at first, but the smell got stronger. When I looked in my salad, I found a stink bug. I think they need to be more careful when washing the vegetables. Since it’s only 30 minutes from my house, I went to a Chick-fil-A near my house in Glen Burnie to see if they would exchange my food, since it was a Chick-fil-A product, but they refused because I didn’t buy it there. So I lost my meal; I had to throw it in the trash.

This particular Chick-Fil-A store #02222 located next to Eastpoint Mall is always cramped and backed up as far as the drive thru experience is concerned. But needing a quick salad on my way home I decided to visit. I don’t know if “rodents” chewed thru this bag or it was mechanical error but this is not the first time time I’ve gotten an opened bag of Charred Tomato Crispy Red Bell Pepper pieces…SMH Of course I through them straight in the trash can. My customer service experience was great but their quality assurance needs more attention to detail. Finally, I have a family member who works for a pest control company and yes all Chick-Fil-A locations have mice Just saying….

This chick fila has a food truck that comes to my job. The quality of the food after been sitting has condensation where the nuggets or sandwiches are sweaty, the skin peeling. Meat looks a day or two old. I ask for refund one day for my nuggets. The cashier on the truck tells me I ate out of them. They only give you six nuggets. The nuggets horrible and I did not eat any of that crap. She took the nuggets back and told me I had to call the store to get a refund. I did the cashier girl already put the manager down and told him I ate some of the nuggets. That was a false accusation. So they took my money and I didn’t get any food. I will never spend another red cent with this Eastpoint chick fila!!!

Kudos to Jakill for his wonderful and friendly customer service. I sat in on my break and enjoyed the fall decor . The dining room staff Ms. Wee came and checked on me and provided a place mat, very friendly and sweet lady.
