I use the chicfila app to order and three times I have not received my complete order. So usually I am short a chicken sandwich which means I don’t get to eat. Its me ordering the food and I consistently get charged for a meal i am not provided with so I will be switching to a different location to get my food from now on. Ordering from your business has cost me three meals. That may not be much to you but skip your next three meals and let me know how you feel about such an easily avoidable incident as not fulfilling your order is important. The obvious lack of follow thru of checking the receipt versus the items in the bag is sad.

The people here are very nice. The food is wonderful. The inside is also very nice and clean. However, entry to this location is near impossible. I’ve tried to come here on multiple occasions with the same result. A line backed out of their drive-thru blocking up the traffic in the mall road. No point in placing a pre-order. You can’t get into the parking lot to park and have your order brought to you. Very disappointing. When you’re hungry I suggest someplace else

I used to love coming to this place because I work right around the corner and its a great place to take your break and enjoy lunch. But lately the customer service and care of the employees has declined. They don’t even say my pleasure anymore. And its takes 15 minutes before your rung up for your order with endless employees walking around looking at you and sitting down eating. The management has definitely changed or something. Ordered fries online and people that where in line paying when I walked in where getting their entire meals before me. Not sure what needs to be done but this is not the chic fil a I know. An employee also tried to rude me in line one time.

Despite the drive thru line typically being long, the staff works fast and efficiently to keep the flow moving quickly. They have a system that makes it easy for a quick trip. The staff are always friendly and work well together. The food is always good and constant

We ordered through the app, so I can’t speak of the atmosphere, but the food is always fresh, and the employees always polite. Unlike some other fast food places, the employees don’t seem to hate working there. If any workers are dissatisfied with their jobs, they hide it well.

Spent over 20 bucks ans got nuggets that werent the proper portion size, made a complaint via app and Danielle Alderson didnt provide any compensation. Her response said that she was sorry and they hope to do better in the future (paraphrase). I’m done with this place, see the attached photo.

I have always loved this place but honestly I have noticed since people are out there doing our orders it’s not as good services it was in the past it was more of the person had a attitude and she had me keep repeating myself and I feel if she wasn’t ore occupied with other things she would have heard me the first time I said anything,so after we drove to next spot that man was one nice gentleman . So his pleasant voice and attitude actually made up for the beginning person. Thanks for good food.

This place should be used as a last resort. You can almost never make it into the lot for food n they take so long. Traffic to enter and exit is horrendous n causes road backup from ppl entering from the main road all the way around the building. Nobody can navigate the surrounding areas because of the traffic from this location alone. Go to the one in Boston

It’s Chick-fil-A… this is a good one. My drive through orders have always been correct, it’s clean when we dine in and the people seem genuinely interested in doing a good job and have a positive vibe. I guess the major issue I have is a result of it’s success. It is usually so packed that the intersection before the lot can become jammed. That is why I knocked atmosphere down a star… As with any of their locations, be sure to use the app and claim your rewards.
