Came here on New Year’s eve to end off the year with my favorite chicken spot and even though I waited a long time on my nuggets, I still received a very pleasant experience from the employees! Gage was very pleasant and patient with us when we got to the window, he is a very great employee. He should get a raise! Those employees really made me feel like it was their pleasure. I love Chick Fil A!

This Chick-fil-A location is usually a pleasant experience, which is why this morning was disappointing. We had just gotten married on Valentine’s Day and came through the drive-thru feeling really happy, but Abby didn’t acknowledge our car or guide us to move forward with the line, and her tone and body language felt unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional. I even tried to wait for another, friendlier team member because he we was busy warmly serving others, traffic was heavy, but despite the line of cars she continued to sit there without acknowledging us and was very short in her interaction. It didn’t feel reflective of the level of customer service I normally expect from Chick-fil-A.

I typically love Chick-fil-A for the cleanliness and most of all the customer service. If my daughter is going to eat out, this is my preferred place to go. I love the way they greet you and are poised to help you get through what may be a long stressful day with a smile. Unfortunately, I went into the location for the first time in a long time and was not greeted the same. The young lady messed up my order which I noticed when I got my receipt and had to go back to order the additional fry. She was very nonchalant about not getting the order correct – not the customer service I am used to a Chick-fil-A. Then while I was waiting for the fries to hurry back home, there was a group of younger staff members (young ladies) laughing and having a great time all while I am waiting and looking on, almost in disbelief. Had I entered Chick-fil-A?!?! It was obvious not only to me, because at some point the Manager then came around and said something to them light heartedly about breaking them up. I am all for having fun at work however, I think staff and management should be mindful when customers are around and waiting. This is the reason I go to Chick-fil-A, let’s keep it up the excellent customer service, quick service and smiles.

I always do a mobile order on the Chick-Fil-A app and join the drive through line! Quick easy service every time and the food quality is always on point! All staff are always very friendly!

Been coming here for the last year and today was the first day they gave me the wrong order. The one time I dont check to make sure. Got home and boom. Wrong order. Other than that very nice place and friendly staff

Update: Tried the Maple Bacon sandwich. Didn’t buy the meal …sandwich was 9.64 but it was good. I’m a MB flavor lover so I had to try it. The bacon was cooked perfectly and had a nice potent favor. Sandwich was not piping hot/fresh but again it was enjoyable.

Update: Still enjoy when I visit this location. Always a good experience! Today I tried the Cherry Berry Frosted Lemonade and it is delicious …a perfect amount of cherry flavor, a hint of lemonade and the milkshake whatever…yum!!!

I must say this location appears to be ran and managed very well! My food was correct and hot and fresh. The cashier was very friendly and professional.
I noticed a lot of young kids there but they didn’t appear immature they all appeared well trained. It was refreshing getting the traditional experience of chick-fil-a …because the Pasadena MD location (jumpers hole rd) is the WORST!

It is not the cleanest place. Sometimes they will take forever to bring your order. Sometimes the food does not seem fresh. One day, we got an open bottle of water. We didn’t feel like drive back there to complain. Just realized when we got home that it was opened and half filled. Another day, my sons chicken sandwich was wrapped up in a huge black hair. It was so disgusting. We are done with Chick-fil-A.

I just went to o say that employee Joe who was taking orders outside has superior customer service….it was so noticed that even someone who I was on the phone with, while I was giving my order said…who ever that was, was made for customer service!! Keep up the great work Joe
