Go to get food for family. They mess up kids order misplace nuggets for a sandwhich and gave us a rottom sandwhich so we have screaming kids with no food for dinner when we get home. Take 30 minutes to get food. Sandwhich we did get had rotten lettuce and nasty tomato. Go back wasting 45 minutes fixing it. Refused refund only new food due to how old order was. Almost 1.25 hours due to their mistake. Unacceptable. “Claimed this what a sandwhich looks like after that long.” Nasty food along with a manager who was rude. On top of messing up the order which was placed online. Pretty hard to mess up an online order.

The food is fine, it’s the parking lot and never-moving line that’s an issue. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, there’s always a line. Don’t think to go around popular lunch or dinner time because if you’re lucky enough to even get into the parking lot, you’ll be waiting 20+ minutes. I don’t know what it is about this chick fil a; I guess at least they’re consistent because their slow service hasn’t changed in 10+ years. Save yourself the frustration and go to the chick fil a on Dobbin or near Maple Lawn.

This is the 3rd time my order is getting messed up at this location. I had to write a review because this is not acceptable. The first time my order was missing fries, the second time I was given a wrong order. Today I was at the drive through and the guy who took my order was very distracted and didn’t get my order right after telling him what I wanted 4 TIMES! I finally got to the window and of course one of my orders was not correct again. Part of my order was a salad with dressing. I got back to my destination only to find out no utensils were added and my salad had no dressing which I specifically asked for and the lady at the window read back to me TWICE!!!

I ordered spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and fries during my lunch break. Upon opening the sandwich I saw there was rotten lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. I called to ask for a credit or new sandwich made, and they said it would’ve transferred to the account. After following up the next day because the credit was never transferred on the account, the manager Oscar refused to assist, constantly being rude, standoffish, and ultimately did nothing to do help. Would not recommend anyone going to this location.

Ordered take out on the mobile app for the 1st time and it told me to go to the pick up line and wait to have my name called. I waited 15-20 mins and everyone who came in was serviced before me. Finally I asked about why I had not received my order it was said to me in a condescending tone “you should’ve gone to mobile order it’s always at mobile order”. I explained the app told me come to pick up line but the fact no one tried to figure out why I had been waiting and waiting for so long or even tried ask if I needed help

I order breakfast twice a week and my fries are NEVER right, either they are cold, undercooked, overcooked, too salty or mushy. I have to give them my fries back almost every time! The chicken minis are fine, but could be hotter than usual.overall my experience was mediocre!

I always do curbside. I absolutely love it. Order online and they bring everything to you within a timely manner. I usually order and then do work on my phone as I wait in the comfort of my car. Food is decent but sometimes the chicken tastes gamey and I throw it away.

Went to this location twice in a day. I thought after the 1st “issue” that I wouldn’t be unlucky enough to experience another bad situation, I was wrong. Boy was I wrong. I ordered chicken minis for breakfast and the chicken wasn’t nuggets on 2 of them yet then were like crumbles of the fried batter. I returned them, the guy also agreed that was unacceptable and made incorrectly. He replaced them…no big issue.

I ordered the sandwiches, fries and sodas separately, I can understand the cashier wanted to make them into meals but she didn’t cancel the extra fries! I didn’t return the fries.She also missed one 12 piece nuggets. When I pick up my order, she forgot to give me my two soda. I asked one stuff for my soda, the stuff brought the cashier who ordered for me. The cashier checked the receipt and then only said “you want your soda right now?” Can I say she make the day even worse? I tried to not to give her any hard time even though I spend extra time and money on the simple order, but she didn’t say a single word for sorry. Very bad experience!
