With Chick-fil-A being known for their customer service, this location does not disappoint! The gentleman at the drive thru was so friendly and courteous. He asked me if I was ready for the holiday as my food was quickly being prepared and told me to stay safe amd warm. It’s these little kind words that make you feel valued as a customer.

Has started to become one of our favorite Chick-fil-A’s to visit in the area. The food is often burning hot, crispy, and generously portioned. Staff look to enjoy being there. Always see families with small kids having fun with the indoor play area that are so rare to find these days. Only complaints I have are that the parking lot can be tricky to get out of when it’s busy and the fries could use some extra salt. Make sure to request salt packets with your order!

The curbside pickup is awful! I order curbside if Im on an important call, not feeling the best or have my pet with me. EVERY TIME I order curbside, it takes the staff forever to bring my order to my vehicle. I usually order a drink and another item such as a brownie. Today, I ordered a drink and it took almost 15 mins for the staff to bring it to me. The curbside pickup parking lot was empty. The last several times I ordered curbside, I went into the bldg to get my order because they were taking too long to bring it out, only for the staff to be talking while my small order is sitting on the counter to be brought to me.

So grateful to go to this Restaurant because they still have the play zone. I avoid the rushes to have more peace of mind with how packed the kids can get in there. It’s our once a week treat. Still love the waffle fries but so glad they have healthy options. I usually just get a Kale salad, but add grilled nuggets if really hungry. Be warned, driving in and out of parking during rushes can be lengthy and test your patience.

Check your order before driving off! This is the second time I didn’t get what I ordered from this Chick fil A. The employees seem to listen to your order but somewhere there is miscommunication. The first time I didn’t get my rewards item . The second time was even worst; I didn’t get my substitute modification on my sandwich, my drink was wrong , I ordered 2 large fries I got 1 large and one medium, my sandwich was cold and they didn’t add my nuggets to the meal even though they read it off to me at the ordering screen. Fool me once shame on you , fool me can’t get fooled again. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN I’d rather spend my money at somewhere else. I’m going to use the last of my points and never eat chick fil a again.

I did a drive through order in the app. I notated my sauces, and that I needed straws. I had to ask for both at the drive through one after the other because it would have made too much sense to already have it in the bag.
I was handed my milkshake that was all over the cup, which ended up all in my cup holder.
At least the food was hot and as expected.

I stopped in while traveling from MD to NC. The restaurant was a bit distant from the exit. I don’t recall the exit number, close to MD and DC border. The restaurant was around 10 miles from the exit. I went inside around 8:40pm. The service was good and quick. The restroom was clean.

I ordered catering from this location for my son’s 5th birthday party. The food was packed and ready to go on time and they helped by bringing the food out to my car on a cart. The food was nice and hot and they provided all serving and eating utensils.

Waffle fries are sometimes undercooked and cold. No use saying you want salt on your fries because most of the time there is none. Besides that the staff is usually really nice.
