I received the breakfast sandwich and it had 3 different types of hair curls in the biscuit. I’m not sure how MUCH hair I could’ve eaten already, as you can tell the sandwich is almost gone. I called up to this store loaction 2 times @ 10:15 Nov 29.25 Not sure when business hours are tho but yea. I’m disgusted

Very disappointed with today’s experience. I regularly order a fried chicken wrap at this location. Today, they let me place the order, wait in line, pay, and then told me at pickup that they “don’t make that,” even suggesting I may have gone to a different location before. That felt dismissive, as I frequent this store often.
A second manager explained they no longer make it due to a complaint, but that should have been communicated before taking my order and payment. What’s most frustrating is that no solution or alternative was offered. Wasting my limited break time with poor communication and no customer service recovery was extremely disappointing.

You can almost never get a bad experience at Chick fil A. They have a great menu and excellent service. Their culture is exceptional.

This location has a design that favors their drive through customer. But, interior dining is still comfortable and efficient. Super fast service is the norm here.

Food: exceptional. The milkshakes are dangerously delicious.

Fries – nuff said.

Parking here is a bit touchy because of the drive through being so active.

Second time at this location it was very quick and convieient as well as peaceful enough to sit at and wait for a little while. Food was great. Traffic can get a little messy so parked in the malls parking lot but otherwise great.

Worst experience ever at this Chick-fil-A location. I ordered a spicy waffle chicken sandwich, and the staff didn’t even mention that it contained bacon. After two bites, I checked inside and—sure enough—bacon.

In our culture, we do not eat bacon or beef, so this was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I usually trust Chick-fil-A and order without hesitation because of their reputation for customer service, but this location completely failed.

When I went back inside and explained what happened, the employee showed zero concern, regret, or apology—he just casually said he could replace the order. That is not how you handle a serious dietary and cultural issue.

This experience was careless, disrespectful, and disappointing. Do better.

This is the Chick-fil-a that I frequent the most. The staff are always polite, kind and provide service with a smile. The building is always clean and the bathrooms are always kept tidy. The food is always good, that’s why I keep coming back. Sometimes the drive thru take a while but I Chuck that up to it being a popular place. Keep up the good work and continue to be an industry leader on how to treat customers.
