Not a pleasant experience with the deluxe chicken sandwich. Cheese was changed and while dining in the sandwich was cold. I may not have the deluxe again as it was watery from the tomatoes. I do like their chicken sandwich. Overall a 3 star experience. Happy Chick-In !!

Just ordered delivery and this is how my food arrived. Medium fries with just crumbs filled halfway and my milkshake came in a small cup (there is no size option on the app they automatically sent a small). The prices are much higher when you order delivery and they intentionally give you less food. They think they are prioritizing in person customers but I am the same customer who frequents the store in person, just so happened to order delivery because I don’t have a car right now. This is disgraceful.

I actually deleted a previous 3 star review to up it to 5. Having frequented this Chick-fil-A for a month or so now I realize they are very consistently good. Every restaurant has its bad days, but they really are above and beyond with their service.

This is a small but pleasant Chick-fil-a. The staff were very friendly, the restraunt was clean and tidy, and they even had a kid’s indoor playground attached to the store.

Food is almost always delicious, fresh and hot. Service is friendly and the restaurant is clean. The drive thru lines be going crazy though. Wish there parking lot was bigger, but overall great experience. I eat here at least twice a week. My 2yr old grandson only wants nuggets from here!

This is the Chick-fil-a that I frequent the most. The staff are always polite, kind and provide service with a smile. The building is always clean and the bathrooms are always kept tidy. The food is always good, that’s why I keep coming back. Sometimes the drive thru take a while but I Chuck that up to it being a popular place. Keep up the good work and continue to be an industry leader on how to treat customers.

You guys, I have not been back here in over 6 months due to the management and how they prepare the food. I wanted a salad bad and settled to go here again, to no avail I’m eating my salad and coming across multiple bugs! YES BUGS!!!!! I WAS SOLD A SEALED SALAD WITH BUGS! I was able to snap a picture of one. I am going to get checked out as we speak and contacted corporate. Please be careful eating here, they once again do not give you the portion of food you pay for and they lack cleanliness and they have a bug issues and overall bad management. If you read this far at least, AT LEAST do not order a salad and check all food from this location before putting it in your mouth.

Check you bag at this location. I have stopped ordering ahead bc even when i put in the specific number of sauces for my order, the staff inevitably will short your sauces and it’s alway frustrating to get home and realize that when you’ve order 3 sauses or an extra packet of the salsa, the staff just puts one in the bag. What’s the point of ordering a specific number of sauces if they will cheat you anyways?

I think it is very disrespectful that I chose to put my life on the line as a member of the United States military and I can’t even get a discount for my overpriced biscuit ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND! On top of that, I received an attitude from the woman at the window. And no sauce. If I could put 0 stars I would. My burrito was cold and the cheese was not even melted. Extremely disappointed in this location. Will not be back. I thought this was a good American company that supported its military but I was mistaken.
