This is the best Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. Every time I go i get fantastic customer service and it’s clear that the employees, though new, have put in a lot of effort to rapidly improve in the few times I’ve been there. The restaurant stays very clean and the environment is incredibly festive. This is their first Christmas and they’ve already put out lights that level up the overall experience. This location really knows how to live up to the CFA brand and standards for quality and service.

The service at this location was absolutely outstanding. Chic-fil-a already has a high standard for service yet the two men who helped my son and I today went above and beyond. Tim specifically was kind and outgoing, he made it a point to learn a name and authentically make conversation with each person ordering. Not only did he make my order fantastic from the start, he did so to everyone at the counter. Then there was James. He was great as well! He walked around and made conversation with my son and introduced him to grilled nuggets. Experience here was a 10/10. Best customer service I’ve probably ever had. Thanks for being amazing!

Me and my boyfriend are so happy about this new location. I LOVE this place and LOVE the chicken sandwiches that come out of here. This is THE BEST chicken sandwich around hands down And the kids that work here provide top notch service ALWAYS. Everyone is always smiling and always happy to see you. Be careful because you could spend ALL of your money in here. As far as fast food goes this is a 10 out of 10 you guys. Love it!

Look, I get it—this location is brand new, and they’re still training people. But the afternoon crew really doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. The drive-thru setup is a mess, with two major lanes merging into one, and no one seems to know which car to go to. On top of that, I’ve been told multiple times that my order is complete, only to get home and realize I’m missing half of it.
I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, it’s just frustrating. Hopefully, they get things under control because, as it stands, I won’t be coming back.

No longer good biscuits. The chain has gone to un appealing biscuits below McD’s BK’s quality. Not flakey at all. The oils taiste odd now. It doesn’t taiste like butter.
Sodas are bad. I had gone there for a good soda, but it taistes like the water isn’t filtered and the machine isn’t calibrated. If I want a bad soda, I’ll go to McD’s for a cheep one.

I’ll be honest we rarely eat in and always use the mobile order option but when we eat in we use the app and order ahead. The food is good and normally our order is correct. On the rare occasion that something is not, they quickly rectify it and get things back on track. Everyone is friendly and the service is efficient. That chicken is addictive and those fries…. Enough said

We stopped here to grab a quick lunch today but the lady in front of us had a huge order. When she turned around to apologize. I said “No worries. I just don’t know why they haven’t opened another register.“ I wasn’t angry. I wasn’t snide. But upon hearing me, the manager immediately looked up, saw the line, and opened another register. He didn’t make a face at me. He wasn’t mad at all. In fact, he remained extremely pleasant to everyone and even double checked that my “light ice” was exactly the amount I wanted. Today, when so many people are so easily offended, this manager kept his cool and went above and beyond to create a delightful experience for all of us. He chose kindness.
