On February 21, my experience with customer service was extremely upsetting. I ordered two chicken nugget meals with a waffle fry and arrived 15 minutes before closing. While I understand that times can be inconvenient, I would have preferred the staff to close early if they were unwilling to serve us. Instead, the employee at the window rudely slammed the window shut in my face without allowing me to ask for napkins or sauce. This behavior is unacceptable and unlike any experience I have had at any Chick-fil-A location. I am sharing this incident so they can address the issue and improve their service, as I am certainly not a satisfied customer.

I frequent this chickfila at least once a week as I am pregnant and I tend to crave their food. A month or so ago the food was fine . The service was fine. I’m not sure what’s went down hill sense but for some reason it started with the chicken slowly being overcooked and tough. To the parfait fruit for some reason going from being the normal amount to about half ? It’s been unreliable and unpredictable and that is what I enjoyed about chickfila.. for some reason it’s been predictable that my husbands sandwich is tough and my chicken has been though.
Well I didn’t really care until the service got bad and slow all of it together is just disappointing. When I went this morning for breakfast I sat at the chickfila drive through window for longer than I believe I ever have while all the employees work and clearly the store manager with his fancy striped polo on talks to his employees … not helping them with their 3 car drive through “ rush” ?? Absolutely ridiculous to watch a store manager who is supposed to be managing doing nothing but standing there while my food came out once again tough and over cooked .

Chick-fil-A has built quite a reputation for excellence in multiple categories and has changed the game for the entire fastfood industry. This particular establishment off of route 113 in Millsboro should be held forward as an exemplary example of why Chick-fil-A is widely considered one of the best–if not the best–in the business!
My wife and I ordered our breakfast on the mobile app easily and found it being brought out as we walked in. We had originally planned on just using their restroom briefly but when seeing how clean the lobby looked and how quickly we had gotten our food, we decided to sit down.
Of course the chicken biscuits and hash browns were delicious! The chicken was piping hot, the biscuits flaky and soft, and the hash browns the perfect crispy counter bite!
In the lobby, each table was neatly set and cleaned by the staff after each guest left. One touch that I loved was the small basket by the utensils for putting back unused sauces. What a clever idea!
We will definitely make this a regular stop on our Saturday beach trips down to OCMD! I know its your pleasure and you don’t do it for the thanks, but thanks Chick-fil-A for helping our beach day get off to a great start!

The food and service are fine. But what is disgusting is how much of their trash ends up in Taco bells parking lot. This is not only poor work ethic of staff and design but a blatant disrespect of their neighbor. Do better.

I decided to go to the local Chick-fil-A establishment tonight. I got 2 sandwiches & a large waffle fries. The drive-through messenger promised 6 packs of that sweet, smoky nectar known as Chick-fil-A Sauce. I ordered like any loyal follower would… politely, confidently, and a stomach growling in anticipation.
But when I got home and opened the bag… there it was. The betrayal. The silence. The sauce-less abyss staring back at me. My sandwiches sat there, dry, confused, questioning their purpose in this cruel, condiment-less world.
Don’t get me wrong, the food was good (as always), the employees smiled, and the waffle fries did their best to comfort me in this trying time. But without that golden nectar? My meal lost its soul.
So I leave 4 stars, not out of anger, but out of mourning. May this serve as a reminder: double-check the bag & trust no one.

Oh Boy. This Chik fil a tried hard. The assistant manager was great but I’m sorry after try two the buns from the Grilled chickens.were both stale again. I think the bag was stale at the outset from the delivery. Please.fix.for.future customers. Staff was great. I am sure this could have been a one time blemish. The men’s room was a little sloppy and the.paper towel roll was broken.

This was a good Chick-fil-A location that we stopped at on our way home from vacation. I ordered on the app and they delivered the food to our table. The restaurant was clean and they even still had a playland. Nobody came to the table to check on us, like they do at most Chick-fil-A locations, so I had to go to the counter to get a drink refill. The food was good and everyone liked what they ordered

Not only was the food great, the service was outstanding. The staff who took our order was very pleasant and always smiling. She even volunteered to take our picture when she saw we were getting ready to take a selfie. And what fast food would you experience staff coming to your table to ask how everything is? I only experience that in restaurants. Kudos to the staff of this place. You made our day ❤️ !!!
