This was a good Chick-fil-A location that we stopped at on our way home from vacation. I ordered on the app and they delivered the food to our table. The restaurant was clean and they even still had a playland. Nobody came to the table to check on us, like they do at most Chick-fil-A locations, so I had to go to the counter to get a drink refill. The food was good and everyone liked what they ordered

Oh Boy. This Chik fil a tried hard. The assistant manager was great but I’m sorry after try two the buns from the Grilled chickens.were both stale again. I think the bag was stale at the outset from the delivery. Please.fix.for.future customers. Staff was great. I am sure this could have been a one time blemish. The men’s room was a little sloppy and the.paper towel roll was broken.

The restrooms are clean. The eating area is clean. Accommodations were great. The staff is superior. My husband has difficulty walking and everyone was so helpful, including your customers. One of your staff even helped us back to our vehicle. So sweet. Thank you so much.

All the food here was good with the exception of the Mac and cheese. I’ve never had watery mac and cheese from a Chic-fil-a. Maybe it wasn’t baked long enough, but it was not great. Everything else was pretty standard and no issue with pick up or mobile ordering. It all went very smoothly.

This Chic Fil A tasted differently from all the others I’ve been to. Not sure why. But, there’s an indoor play area for kids. The bathrooms are clean, but the toilet paper roll was broken. It was busy but we found a 3 seater.

Had a weird customer service experience here. I placed an online order for pickup. I thought I selected drive through but I accidentally selected in store pickup. I got in the drive through line during the lunch rush. When I finally got the speaker I was told I had to stay in line and then park and come inside to pickup my order. Which made no sense to me. I asked for a manager because I was stuck in this line and would have to wait 15 minutes before I could get out to then park and go inside. The manager said it was no problem and she wasn’t sure why I was told that. They apologized for the misunderstanding and gave me my order when I made it to the window. Food was great as always. Just a weird experience. Next time I will just order at the window to avoid confusion and hassle.

Service has always been great for me.. but today is the second time I ordered for delivery. First time was great this go round they cheated my daughter outta her fries..unless the driver ate some on the way, idk.. Ik I paid for a medium fry an got this..an only had 9 nuggets I ordered 12.. someone has some explaining to do…refund half my money since I got half my meal… this ain’t right…
