Stopped by for some lunch after visiting the eye doctor. They let me sit down to wait for my food. They brought my food to me and even came by to offer me a refill. The Nuggets and Waffle Fries were very good. Flowers on the tables too. They have a nice play center there. I would recommend taking the kids and visiting this place for lunch and an outing.

If I could give less than one star I would completely messed up my order and waited for over 30 min in the store. I asked the manager if it was because of my age because I am a 19 year old male and she simply laughed in my face worst of all they gave us the wrong order off of being simply lazy. Gave us two of the same sandwiches. I have been experiencing age discrimination a lot recently but nothing like this I will be contacting corporate.

This was the best chick-fil-a and fast food experience I have ever had. Food came out near instantly and was perfect. Everyone was so nice and the service was more attentive than a high end hotel. It was a family night so our kids got free ice cream. The cow mascot even made an appearance. I wish we lived nearby!

I used the app for their convenience and entered my parking space number, as requested. 30 minutes later I walk in and the cashier says “we couldn’t find you”.. hands me a melted milkshake, cold food and doesn’t apologize. I am absolutely sick with how much time & money I wasted on inedible food.

I made a mobile order and separate order. Very quick and kind service. After pulling out of the line realized we had only gotten 3 sauces for 5 meals. JT was kind enough to bring us a handful of extra sauces after respectfully caring for his other customers. Awesome customer service!

Was in line to grab my food I ordered n paid for on line I was on my way to work when a Caucasian older lady steps in front of me and they just started waiting on her like I wasn’t already standing their I was in line for 3 or 4 min n the workers n managers saw me because as always they speak to u in passing it was upsetting I never experienced this from chick fil a I was in the olgetown n Stanton rd in newark de at 8-18-23 round 4:05pm n yes I am afro American so it was a bit traumatic…. but my food was excellent

I went inside and literally just stood at the counter for I don’t know how long…..while I watched all of the employees just walk back and forth right past me! THEN after they handed me my bag, I asked for napkins and watched as the guy I asked just walked in circles. I couldn’t take it anymore! I walked out. I have napkins in the car

I love going to this location. The food is great, the service is fast (even with a long drive thru, bonus points!), and the customer service is phenomenal. I spend way too much money here because of all the above.

Ordered a breakfast meal. Didn’t know ice coffee meant a special order and an upcharge. Coffee wasn’t that great. Next time, I’ll get a hot coffee in the meal and let it cool naturally. At least the breakfast sandwich was good. The girl at the window never mentioned the upcharge. I never would have paid it for a dinky small iced coffee.
