The whole experience up until the point of disaster was awesome the staff was very friendly and helpful I was able to order my food quickly and easily the line was long but went very fast I ordered 30 grilled nuggets and some fries I was a little disappointed that they crammed it all into one bag but I didn’t want to hold up the line so I took it and left when I got home I went to grab the bag to pick it up and the bottom fell out and my food went all over my truck so now I have a seat full of chicken grease for whatever that is with the nuggets and fries all over the place that we didn’t get to eat because they fell all over the truck please see a test video and photos… very disappointed I would have gladly paid for a plastic bag to keep this from happening though obviously I don’t think I should have to and I don’t know why they didn’t put it in a bag and why they put the grilled nuggets into that flimsy leaking container… I suppose we’ll try again in a few weeks or months after I forget about this…( LOL I already had i guess, I was cleaning out photos in my phone and found the video)

Went into a different one than my normal and this ran like a well oiled machine..went up placed order then server brought it to the table. Food was hot and good. There were service people cleaning every table as soon as the patrons left and kept trash areas clean..almost hospital clean.. this is a place you go for a quick bite and not designed for lounging but good food and clean and a bit loud and busy

After not ordering for several months out of frustration, I decided to give them a second chance. Again, the chicken strips were too small, like one or two strips torn into four pieces to make a four strip meal. I don’t experience this issue at other locations around pennsylvania and Maryland. Size is a consistent issue at the this York location.

Very unpleasant experience yesterday,I am a die heart ❤️ Chick-fil-A fan. Unfortunately yesterday my experience was horrible. This week I went to this location twice. The first time my experience was awesome like the Chick-fil-A 5 star experience, the guy who took my order was very attentive polite and kind everything was perfect as ordered, I also requested the cashier to please make it fresh as we like it super hot. He was very understanding and we sisters had a blasting meal that we enjoyed.
However yesterday we requested the same food we also brought one of our friend especially to try the new pretzel bun sandwich .
We requested the cashier to make it fresh he agreed and we paid. But sadly when we received our meal it was not fresh cold buns and barely warm sandwiches fries weren’t fresh either.
My friends didn’t even wanna eat it, so I went back to ask them to make it fresh as we requested before our order, it was the same cashier he was wearing blue shirt bald man with blue eyes white beard. I told him these sandwiches are not fresh and are cold, he wasn’t polite he got offensive and told we can’t make fresh sandwiches just two for you guys, it’s probably the lettuce and tomatoes that made your sandwich cold. The cheese was also not melted either plus not fresh chicken.
I told him this week the other employee with the red shirt he made it fresh it was hot that’s why we came again today.
He didn’t even wanted to fix it. His response was this time I will fix my mistake but expect it to be the same next time we can’t make fresh tor our customers everybody pays the same price.
At this point I wanted to return my meal and get the refund but since our friend came from far away and was hungry we didn’t want him to wait more.
He was not happy to resolve something that he told he will make fresh but it wasn’t, if he told me at the time of order that we can’t make fresh for you guys we wouldn’t order.
I am never coming back to this location ever again. Rude people don’t buy us any business.
Anyways this morning I cam to a different location Chick-fil-A the one on E Market Street awesome service fresh hot breakfast not cold meal. Welcoming attitude and very happy friendly and kind staff. Just like the usual Chick-fil-A service 5 .

New trainer made a boo boo with my order but Shift Leader José and Team Member McKensie were quick, efficient, apologetic and professional about it. Last, food was good as always. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Store was impeccable clean as well!!!

Be careful ordering here this is the third time I ordered from here and was charged twice either because of a mistake made in their system or because they got the order wrong. When they cancel the order, it usually takes 72hrs for me to get the money back. With this economy it’s impossible to pay $40 twice. And I have to take the hit due their system. Which means I have to pay $80. What if that’s all I had. So basically I order and either have to pay again. Or be out of $40 until three days later and still can’t order again. They need to have a better way of doing things.

Best chicken sandwich in town. Although the traffic pattern in the parking lot is a nightmare, if you plan your visit (use the app, hint hint) your efforts will be rewarded with excellent food and friendly service. Christian owned…my best compliment: I would want my children to work here.
