This is a good country breakfast and lunch diner. The service was great. If you want crispy bacon, make sure you let them know how crispy you want it. They have wine based liquors. The bloody mary was good. Their homefries and hashbrowns were good. I would eat here again

This is an absolutely solid and delicious breakfast spot! It is always busy with there often being a wait outside, but it moves pretty quickly on general! I went with my family and ended up getting the Southern Sandwich, and you could choose your choice of meat (Ham, bacon, or sausage), and your choice of bread (toast, English muffin, Bagel or croissant)! With a choice of hash browns, home fries, or grits on the side! It’s an excellent deal and the sandwich was delicious and filling with stuffing me too much, and I highly recommend it if you’re in the mood for a great home cooked breakfast!

We went to Southern Kitchen for the first time this past weekend and really enjoyed our breakfast. It was obvious when we walked in that it is a very popular place with the locals. The menu had many options to choose from, the prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. When in the area, we would definitely go again.

This place came highly recommended but it fell short for me. While my kids loved the place, I found the food only average. In addition, they up charge for everything. My son got chocolate milk and a refill. I expected a charge for both, but I didn’t expect an additional $1.50 for the chocolate. There were a few other extra charges. The waitress asked if the kids wanted cheese with their home fries and that was an extra charge as were adding onions (this was stated on the menu). The diner is very basic, reminiscent of the 70’s and 80’s. Staff were friendly and the place was super busy and it was loud. The potato’s were the best, they were delicious. I don’t know that I’d go back but my kids would!!

Local and authentic. This place was recommended by locals, and it’s clear why. The menu is traditional with a good number of local choices (all look good). The staff are very friendly and ready to accommodate. The food is nicely prepared with high quality ingredients. The decor shares the same authenticity — counter and booths look like they have been there since day one (though the maintenance says they must be newer). Worth a stop and some time.

Staying at a nearby resort and this was the spot for our breakfast. You’ll have to get pics from other posts as I couldn’t hold back from devouring it all. Had all American with honey on my biscuit. Also, provide flavored creamers! Yay

I loved this place!!! The food was delicious! If you are ever in town, this is the restaurant to visit! The service was great! Our server was very attentive and helpful. Also don’t let how full the restaurant is deter you. The food comes out fairly quick. I was really impressed

Offensively bad cheesesteak. Not sure where they’re getting their roles but they should seriously rethink it cuz for $15 this might be the worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had. Didn’t dine-in so no review for atmosphere but it was very busy, crowded, and loud inside.
