Excellent chicken fillet, fresh lettuce and tomato, but should be an option to add a second chicken fillet. Fries boring because no seasoning. Sauces all taste cheap. Rather eat at a McD, BK, Wendy’s etc. Service is nice, they can handle the big crowds well. Unlike the parking lot, cramped because of the huge drive-thru lines. They should encourage more mobile orders.

I wish I can give service 10 stars. The employees who work here are such gems. Small things like rolling high chairs, sanitizer wipes and table covers for kids can help a parents with their hands full so much when you’re in a pinch and want to get something quick. Coming here is always a treat and the way the employees work in unison is something to be admired.

Ordered grilled chicken club. Only Ordered with no tomatoes and no cheese or bacon came on the sandwich. My husband had a crispy chicken club and his had no bacon or sauce on it. Fries were soggy. I like chick fil a but this one just missed.

I waited online for 30 minutes sweating away !!!! Then I told the lady my name was nick and they called out “Nike” multiple times… I didnt realize this was my order until many minutes later….. my food is cold … and to top it all off…they forgot my chik-fil-a sauce!!! I cant eat it without my sauce!!!!!!

Similar to most Chick-fil-A locations, this one is generally clean (inside and outside), always busy (especially the drive thru), food is good, and staff and service is better than many other establishments. Drive-thru functions efficiently and effectively even when the lines are extremely, extremely long.

I had the food from here for the first time and I just don’t get the hype especially after all the praises I heard about this place. I had much better grilled chicken sandwiches from other fast food restaurants and the Mac and cheese which is one of my favorite foods was nothing special. I definitely won’t be back to eat the food.

The service and atmosphere are great for a fast food restaurant. It has a play area for the kids and wet naps. I just find it hard to pay so much for the chicken nuggets we got.
