Amazing chicken sandwich! Unlike the rest of mankind, i never ate at Chick-fil-A before but i was hungry and decided to give it a try and I’m so glad i did. The food here is outstanding! A lovely lady near the entrance suggested i try the spicy sandwich with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and their special sauce and W O W it was delicious. I had no idea a chicken sandwich could be so good! Great crust, terrific spice with a little kick, perfectly tender chicken… it was crazy delicious. I’ll gain 10 pounds making up for all the years i missed out eating here because i plan on going back and going back and going back. Very nice staff, seating upstairs. You won’t be disappointed.

Pretty good chicken burgers, the sauce makes it one of the best. Can’t say I like waffles fries over straight fries though. They changed the sauce packet, now it’s shallower so it’s even harder to dip the waffle fries and get good coverage. Somehow when I order over the app, it’s slower getting my order than when someone orders on the line. Store is clean and spacious, people working there are decent people.

I feel disappointed because I visited the restaurant at the Lexington Av. Location yesterday (Wednesday) at 9:36 pm with my husband, and the SANIYAH cashier who served me was rude, obviously she didn’t want to serve us, it was terrible customer service. In my opinion I think she was upset because I ordered the wrong drink, she charged a regular lemonade and I wanted to change that drink for an ice cold lemonade, it was a mistake of not having listened to me correctly and I took a bad attitude, the manager of that day very kindly he fixed the problem, thank you. With this I just want to say that if that cashier was on her work shift, she must comply with her schedule correctly and do everything possible to provide good service, it is not the customer’s fault that the SANIYAH cashier has a bad day or does not want to do her work correctly.

I ordered the new honey pepper pimento cheese sandwich and it barely came with any of the pimento, I was pretty disappointed as I opened the sandwich which, on first glance, looked like a regular sandwich unlike the promotional pictures. Sandwich was decent as expected but wish there was more pimento since it is more expensive than the regular.
