Drive thru wait is actually crazy. I understand being busy, but I entered at 130, and it’s 150 I have not had my order taken yet. Seems understaffed
Update I got my food at 2:05, and the manager said from afar I’m sorry we’re understaffed, woth an attitude. I stated I don’t want to make the job harder, but it was a long wait! Not to be a dick but there is like 10 people standing by the drive thru door. Seems like mismanagement to me.
And my salad was wilted

Plenty of parking, plenty of seats inside of the restaurant and compared to other locations this was very clean and nicely decorated.
We went around 11am and ordered the classic number 1 deluxe style. Fries lacked salt but the sandwich as always was 10/10. Our drink (Diet Dr Pepper) didn’t taste right (maybe it was water down or something).
Nevertheless, it’s a good place to stop by for a quick bite.

I’ve had, enjoyed, and been to a few Chick-fil-A locations. It surprised me how low the reviews were for the Eatontown, NJ spot; always find the meals to be amazing. I thought everything was great. My Maple, Pepper Bacon Sandwich and Waffles Fries. I’ll gladly return and have a rewards app.

I’m honestly shocked that I’m even writing a negative review for Chick-fil-A because I’m a huge fan and usually love this company. But every time I go to this location, something goes wrong. The food is either cold or just plain unappetizing, and the service is painfully slow. I’ve waited over 15 minutes for an order I placed 20 minutes beforehand for pick up.
What really pushed me to write this was my last visit. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with American cheese and gluten-free bun (which costs extra). Instead, I got a random type of cheese, no gluten-free bun and somehow bacon was added. Which I never asked for. I put in a complaint to get my money back, which I never received, but the whole experience left me frustrated and disappointed.
At this point, I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to a different Chick-fil-A than deal with the inconsistency and lack of care at this one.

This is without question the worst chick fil a in NJ.
They have the board saying they are closed when the are open. The food is routinely incorrect in the bag. And the workers deliver the food and are largely rude. I have noticed at night after 7 pm it’s horrible. Before that it’s decent on a good day. The manager/owner clearly doesn’t read these or something would have been done.
It’s McDonald’s level bad here.

Workers are good and very friendly. They have a new product playing on the screen behind the register but girl said they don’t have that sandwich anymore so I ordered something else and half funny-half seriously I asked the girl since you guys don’t have to sandwich and playing the advertisement make my fries large for free. She asked the manager but manager was very mean and smart. It wasn’t a big deal to give me large fries instead of medium but I didn’t like the manager attitude at all. I will never go there again. Then I paid for large size fries and they give me half empty. Thanks to management!!!

Picked up lunch before work today . The spicy deluxe was delicious . The restaurant was clean and well decorated . Oswaldo is such a pleasant young man he made sure I was taken care of . When I visit this location for lunch i normally encounter rude employees but today’s visit was exceptional .

⚠️PLEASE READ ⚠️ I pulled up to the drive thru with my boyfriend, and we waited about 10 minutes with no one taking our order. When we drove up to the window, the workers mocked us and started dancing like monkeys mocking us..which was extremely disrespectful. This is not the level of professionalism I would ever expect from a chick fil A. The behavior at this location was absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. i highly recommend avoiding this place!!!
