I regularly eat get my lunch from here. They are usually pretty good about getting your remote orders ready quickly. It’s typically done before I even get there. The staff is friendly and will make sure things are correct with your order.

Jimmy John’s said they don’t have have drivers on Sunday, they 3rd party with Uber. Said driver never showed up. Never bothered to call , text, or email. This is unacceptable. Won’t be ordering here again.

I’m a regular on Saturdays and the service is always speedy, I got it in under 5 or so minutes. I asked for their names, Hailey and Adeline are fun at the register and always seem to be in a good mood or laughing. Ari and Dom are very fast when making my sandwiches too. I thank all of them for my amazing service. If you want some good service and great sandwiches come on Saturdays in the afternoons. 5 stars <3

As someone who has a dairy allergy, I do not say this lightly. While I appreciate having fun at work and understanding about having a good time, PLEASE have your employees pay attention when someone asks for modifications. Our orders were marked incorrectly and luckily my daughter noticed before I took a bite out of my wrap. Hers was marked as having the dairy items and mine was marked as not having. However, they should have been swapped. This could have been a major problem! The employees on this Sunday were joking around with each other while making my order and it truly distracted them. The food has always been good but this service is not ok.

I mistakenly placed 3 large orders to this location meaning to spread the orders between here and Etown. When I showed up here, to my surprise they had no issue completing my order on time and with names appropriately placed on each sandwich.
I cannot speak to the in person abilities of this store but the online ordering experience was top notch and exceeded expectations.

Recently service at this location has become very unstable and poor. It charges delivery fee and i still give a tip but my order was placed at 10:15am for an 11am delivery and its now 11:52 with no delivery. Last weeks order they failed to provide a part of my order as well. Not looking forward to see how poorly they put this one together. After calling just get excuses and no solutions. Not even offer for service items to replace what i paid for and did get. Their app sucks too can put in service complaint on their own app.

What an embarrassment for a sandwich-making establishment. The girl at the register was so quiet I could barely hear what she was saying. I paid and she said a number I think and I didn’t hear that. Then as they were making sandwiches, we who ordered found out that they were out of the French style bread and all they had was wheat. How does a sandwich-making business run out of bread?!?!?!? They were super slow and when they made my sandwich, they missed half the ingredients and wrapped it into somewhat like a ball. I will most definitely not be returning to this one ever again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
