Consistently the slowest Chick-fil-A that I’ve been to. They won’t let you do mobile orders for carryout, you can use the app but you have to wait in the drive through. I’ve been in the drive through for over 25 minutes and still can’t see the window. There’s a second lane, why aren’t employees bringing out completed orders? Shocking, to be honest. Very very disappointing. Update, the line hasn’t advanced in ten minutes, and my child is losing his mind. I should have gone to Crown Fried Chicken on Forrest Ave. With so much amazing food in Portland, there’s really no point in eating fast food… especially when it isn’t fast. Update… When I finally received my food, there was no thank you for my patience, no apology.

Once in a while when I crave fast food, this brand is my choice. It is changing, it is becoming more like the rest of the fried food bunch, but it is still enjoyable. This location is very busy, a lot of people, big lines, but they still manage to keep everything clean including the bathroom. This brand always hires the most outstanding youth so the service is always great, polite, respect, clean looking and pleasant young people at the front. I enjoyed my meal out on the patio chairs, great weather, peaceful, tasty, I had a good time all by myself, that was the only thing missing, this lonely soul needs a companion to share every meal.

I ordered number 1 chick- fil -a chicken sandwich it was made wrong. Matthew came over made sure he got me the right chicken sandwich. The young man had amazing customer service!! I was very impressed how quickly he was working/willing to make it right. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to have chick – fil- a!! Great service!!

Definitely not the typical Chick-fil-A experience that we are used to. Restaurant was like 60°, minis were good, chicken biscuit had a super tiny piece of chicken on it… my husband didn’t get his coffee until after we all finished eating. Had to ask multiple times for things… just not what we are used to back home.

***ONE MONTH UPDATE: I have called into customer service twice about the experience and the local restaurant is refusing to call or email me. I’ve also had to submit a fraud charge to my credit card because of the refusal to refund me. The local franchise owner ought to be ashamed of his management team. Do better. ***

SCARY‐BUSY, just PACKED… which is good, I suppose. The food is always phenomenal. The cashier, though, at least the one that helped me, I had a difficult time understanding her English. She was quiet (in a building full of loud people working/waiting) ‐ seemed kind‐of timid ‐ I had a tough time understanding her with her accent. (Partially my fault, I AM hard of hearing) Overall: We made it out, unscathed!
