Always a excellent experience. The food is top rate, (well worth the prices charged) chicken is always tender and tasty. The waffle fries are a must and let’s not forget the perfectly blended Sunjoy beverage. The staff is efficient, attentive and seem genuinely happy to serve. They even smile and say thank you!
On this visit (as with most) there was a substantial line, but the restaurant was clean, trash bins were not overflowing nor was there stray napkins, straw covers or any other trash on the floors. The restrooms were also clean and well stocked.

I walked into this chick fil and I immediately noticed there were two staff members chatting and laughing like it was recess. When it was my turn to walk up to the register I wasn’t greeted with that friendly warm and inviting smile that I have received at so many other locations. I normally order the nuggets and today I decided to switch it up and I ordered to two original chicken sandwiches deluxe large with a side of Mac and cheese. When I walked into the dining room I noticed that there were several tables that were still very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned even though the people who were sitting at the table not to long ago but this goes back to two members who were laughing and chatting and having worked in a fast food restaurant before my managers always used to tell us if you have time to lean you have time to clean. When my order came to my I noticed the sticker on the boxes said spicy and I received a medium fry and large. Normally I am not one to complain but I am not a fan of spicy foods really. So when I brought up my order to the cashier I reiterated that I wanted two original sandwiches and not the spicy ones and the cashier that took my order got the manager an I repeated the same thing to the manager and the manger then said to me okay I’ll go get you two original sandwiches and another large fry and he was scolding the cashier for this is not the first time he messed up orders today. The manger handed me the bag with the large fry and the two new original sandwiches at least what it should have been. So I take my sandwich out of the bag and put some mayo on it and take a bite and I am immediately hit with spicy. Even the manager had given me two spicy sandwiches and they weren’t the deluxe either. I would like to think that this was just a miscommunication error. Which I understand but the manger should have immediately apologize to me and said how can I make it right to you, besides just getting me two new sandwiches and a new fry. I’m a little bit disappointed.

Every time I’ve been here, the service has been excellent! I don’t know how they are able to obtain such friendly, helpful, efficient staff. They are a real credit to your business, I hope management keeps them happy so they stay. Thanks. Oh yea, and the spicy pretzel chicken burger was excellent too. I love how Chick-fil-A uses real, fresh, leafy lettuce too. This is quality fastfood.

Not all dining experiences are good nor bad, each time is different for one reason or another. For this particular experience I had to rate it a five star. Good time all around. We arrived for lunch and this was our first time here since there is only two of them in maine. They have plenty of seating and is wheelchair friendly. They have booths and tables and even a spot with a counter you can stand up and talk at if your not staying long. They are a little on the advanced side having motion detector trash cans. The place opens at six thirty each morning and closes at nine but they are closed sundays. For lunch time I thought the place was pretty clean, including the bathroom. It’s not a wait staff type of restaurant. It’s a high class fast food joint, where you place an order at the counter and you get it when it’s ready but they actually brought it to our table, which was really nice. They accept debit/credit and cash. Prices seemed decent, we spent $47.53 and left very full. We spend more than that at other places and are never full when leaving. Today’s staff was all genuinely nice, unlike other places.
We ordered the pretzel chicken sandwich which my husband really liked. We also had waffle fries, I don’t generally like waffles fries so I didn’t like them but that’s not their fault. We got a side of macaroni and cheese and that was the best we have had in a long time, whatever your doing to that, keep it up. We also got the ten piece chicken tenders and they were juicy, fresh and not overcooked. The chick fil a sauce was absolutely amazing, but I’m sure everyone knows that. They also have outdoor seating seasonally. Kids will absolutely love this place, bring your family. Parking is very open, plenty of spots, also a parking lot next to the restaurant. Our first time here was great and will come back again.

The service and store were wonderful. Everyone was very nice, and the store was very clean despite being busy. The food was just decent, however. The Chick-Fil-A sauce is delicious, as were the waffle fries. The mac and cheese was fine but very bland, and the chicken sandwich was literally just a piece of fried chicken with a couple of pickles. No sauce, nothing (unsure if it supposed to be this way?). I would like to come back and try their breakfast as it looked great, but the cashier told me they do not do all-day breakfast so I was unable to.

This was our first visit to a Chick-fil-A, and it did not disappoint. I got the chicken wrap and the hubs got the regular chicken sandwich. Both were great. The veggies on the wrap were fresh and the chicken was perfect. I’d definitely go again.

We absolutely LOVE this Chick-fil-A! The manager Steve, Michele and Mike are our three most favorite people that work here. They always provide good service, food that is hot and tasty and a clean dining room. They always greet us by name and make us feel like family here. The owners are also very involved in their restaurant by serving customers and cleaning the dining room. If you have not had a chance to eat here, whether dine in or drive thru, you won’t be sorry you visited this restaurant.

Unfortunately, the standards are clearly not the same at this location for the night shift as they are for the day shift. We frequent this chick fila and always have incredible service and hot fresh food. Last night was the first time we have been after dark and left extremely disappointed. The person on the intercom taking orders was so rude and acted like we were inconveniencing her. When we pulled up to the window, the kid waiting there didn’t even say hello. Not a single word our entire interaction which was so awkward… the food was lukewarm, fries were soggy and definitely old and my milkshake was only half full… I guess moving forward we’ll only come here during the day?

Airport Chick-fil-A: Not up to brand standards.
Food quality was poor, staff seemed disengaged, and checkout prompted for 18%+ tips despite grab and go self-service. At Philadelphia Airport, a mandatory 4% “employee wage and benefits fee” was added on top. Overall, overpriced and far below the quality of regular Chick-fil-A locations.

Inconsistent portion sizes of the grilled chicken, manager said they are hand cut so come in different sizes, I ordered two grilled chicken burgers, the chicken fillet in one of my burgers was half the size of the other. I complained to one of their staff who took it to the manager, who advised they were hand cut and come in different sizes. That message was passed along to me, the manager didn’t even bother to deal with my complaint. Basically you pay for a burger at Chick fill A but they can’t guarantee consistency, you may get a normal burger or half a burger, and don’t care to deal with your complaint.
