Just tried this place for thr first time and as usual the order was messed up and since I used door dash they can’t do anything and told me to call door dash to fix the problem. So far door dash and the restaurants are 0 for 2 I don’t recommend door dash either

The customer service was mediocre. The food was not even warm. I ordered a steak bowl but my portions weren’t evenly distributed. I had a small spoon of rice and everything else was nicely portioned. I came here with my boyfriend and he got a smothered burrito . It was huge ! I think they did great on his order . We also got 2 drinks 1 fountain and other bottle soda. The ending of our bill was $33.35. You would think for the prices the food would at least be warm. As of right now I don’t see myself eating here again.

The food is so amazing and taste so good. Best authentic Mexican food I have ever had. The workers behind the counter were so nice and helpful. The owner treated me very well right when I walked through the door. He joked around and made me laugh. Very nice guy. Overall best Mexican restaurant in Muscatine.

Their Loaded Burrito Bowl is my absolute favorite! It has all of the comfort carbs perfectly layered amongst each other. I highly recommend ordering this with their delicious Margaritas that compare to nothing else in town! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing making it a top choice for a perfect date night destination. Treat Yo Self!

This food is delicious. Reasonably priced. But customer service is horrendous. I’m a general manager and before was a supervisor for years. I went to pay and her system stopped but it charged my card. I get a notification for all of my transactions. So I told her the system stopped but I saw on my phone that it went through. She is insisted it didn’t and while trying to show her, she literally grabbed my car out of my hand and said here I’ll show you and then I was charged again! I pulled up my transactions and SHOWED her that it was charged twice and her response was “see it’s pending”- most of my charges made 1 minute ago stay “pending” for awhile. She had no right to charge my card again, touch what is essentially my money, and then blame me and say I’m in the wrong when I am literally showing her. She then pulled up her transaction, showed me a SINGLE transaction and said “see it only shows once” . I know the customer is not always right and customer service can be a pain in the a**, but this was absolutely not the right way to handle it and I’m disgusted. I didn’t even want to eat my food anymore and honestly ruined my afternoon. Sad because I only discovered this place yesterday and was so so excited to show my fiancé a good burrito place in town, begged him to come with me and that he’ll like it, and then this happened.

SO SO GOOOOD!!!! I recommend to everyone!!! BEST FOOD IN ALL OF MUSCATINE!! Huge portions. Super fast service, good price, and the management is phenomenal! 10/10 recommend!

I have only had their catering at Allsteel, but the steak burrito was amazing and very friendly staff. I came over late one time after they already cleaned up a lot. I asked if they had anything leftover without making a mess that I could buy. They said we are willing to make you anything, we can clean it again. Amazing food and service.
