I been looking for some good food since I arrived in Pineville,NC I finally found Chex Grill& Wings and Moe the cashier greeted me and explained the menu to me in detail to where I ordered four different items because I couldn’t make my mind up. All four was delicious and fresh and the lemonade and pink lemonade. All the staff was working not loud and look very professional doing their Job! Five stars for Chex Grill & Wings and Their Staff at this location!!! I will return when I’m in the area.

I went in to get wings, and ended up with so much more! Customer Service was on point from the moment I walked through the door… greeted with a smile from the young lady at the counter who took my order. The restaurant was clean and very inviting. It didn’t take long for them to complete my orders, and I was impressed with the accuracy. I placed two separate orders with several different flavors, and that size order could have easily been screwed up, but these guys were pros! Special thanks to Moe, who went the extra mile to hand-deliver all of my bags to the car, placing them in the trunk carefully and tying each bag up to ensure that everything was secured. He even gave my seven year old an order of fries on the house, after he heard him mention how much he loves french fries! This guy went above and beyond the call of duty, and I appreciate the extra care he gave us. Let me not forget to mention that the wings were phenomenal! My family and I enjoyed every single flavor, and will definitely be repeat customers in the near future. Wishing this company continued growth and success!

Shoutout to our cashier Wendy!!! Went for the first time for a late night meal at the Pineville location. One of the few places you could get a fresh cooked meal late at night. Plenty of healthy options. Wendy was so helpful and courteous. She helped us make our choices and we were very happy with her suggestions 10/10 experience we will be back!
