I went into the store to get a 4 piece chicken with potatoe wedges and a side of chicken gravy. The lady offered me a roll, I declined. I asked for a biscuit but they didn’t have any. I figured that would be a combo still. She tried to charge me individually the items which came out to over $17 and change. I asked her why it wouldn’t be a combo meal which would be $12 ish. They would change it to a combo because I didn’t take the roll. I asked them to change it to a combo and the employee wouldn’t and told me I should’ve taken the roll to make it a combo. I told them that’s ludicrous and gave the food back. That’s a $5 difference. The employees took the food back out of the box and put it back into the heated food trays they took it out of before putting it in the box. The employees lack customer service and training on food preparation. Also it seems like she was being spiteful because I didn’t want the roll which I wouldn’t of eaten anyways. I didn’t take the roll because it was going to waste if I took it. I think these people were trying to price gauge $5 extra dollars because I didn’t want a roll.

I have loved the food here before. This visit wasn’t great. The chicken was a little bit chewy and the potato wedges were a little under done. On previous visits the food was much better.
