First timer. Stoped for fuel and wanted to have a quick bite . Had a 2 piece fry. Was so normal. They don’t have a spicy version like other shops. It was bland and not that hot. Couldn’t eat more than 1 . Average . Customer service was also average . Will not try in future

I was extremely shocked to see all the bad reviews. The only thing that comes to mind is that management has been taking these reviews seriously and has made changes. I’ve had the best experience here today. Food was fresh and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this Chester’s location. My husband order the boneless wings and he gag when he ate them said they tasted cold and old and disgusting .. honestly I came here after trying a Chester while on a road trip but this place disappointed.. the tenders were hard and it looked dry liked they had to long sitting under the light.. so I’m sorry but this place should not have the Chester name. It was ratchet . But beside my food the worst part was the customer services staff had an attitude about absolute everything .. we drove 20 mins for this experience never again

Disappointed that NO Chicken Livers were not available. The chicken legs were OK but my Mac and cheese was WATERY. Green beans were fine. Without Chicken Livers I may have to find another Chester’s.

This place use to be 4 stars… then something happened! Was always open at 9am with EVERYTHING made!!! Now you open at 11….. with barley anything cooked!!! You suppose to open at 11…. but half the time u guys even open late! 11:30 or 12… What is the deal??? Learn how to cook some food man. I’m done with this place!

Will not be eating here again, IDGAF if my job is right next to the place, I wanted something different besides McDonald’s, and when I try this Chester’s place.
