I have had problems with Cheryl’s Pizza before. Where they’ve sent really good pizza. Here’s the thing, when it arrived, the driver seemed to have a fascination in kicking, throwing and running over the pizza box. This happened twice. I stopped ordering for a while. Then last month, I ordered a few things and it was amazing. So last week, I call the place and told them how incredible everything was. Then I ordered a meal…that was a really bad idea. So it took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. The pizza tasted stale and the cheesesteak tasted 3 days old. I felt sick afterwards. I know local businesses need help but wow. I will stick to frozen pizza

Best pizza in town. It’s got a bit of a buttery flavor. I don’t really like pizza and I actually crave Cheryl’s sometimes. My only criticism is that they’re not open 7 days a week!!

Ordered takeout online and food was ready when it said it would be. Everything was still nice and warm by the time we got it home. Fries were crispy (I could have had more), no complaints on the steak bombs, and the wings were good too (didn’t see an option online to get a side of ranch or anything, that would be nice). We’ll definitely be back to try some other items. Prices are affordable.

My grandpa and I went here and got the steak and chicken bomb basket. It was amazing! I loved the atmosphere and the staff. I normally don’t like coleslaw but theirs was delicious! The fries were also very good. We will be coming back as soon as we can!

pizza is amazing. service with a smile and again…the pizza is far above average to say the least. and there is just the most pretty lady behind the counter when i go there. just another benefit lol

We went for tuna grinders and there was plenty of tuna. Not sure what they did but the roll came apart in pieces and wasn’t fresh. We ended up eating just the tuna and fixings with a fork and threw the bread out. Maybe it was just a bad day so we’ll try it once more.

Cheryl’s food is good, customer service not so much. My sister & I attempted to order food Saturday 7/26 at 8:40 pm. Given that it was so close to closing, we asked could we still place an order? The girl said yes. We asked “can we call back in a few minutes” as she said they no longer had hot subs. We talked it over. Call back at 8:45 and the phone rang 20+ times and no one ever answered. So my sister said “let’s just go there. She said we could still order so if we actually walk in the place, they have to take our order.” . I said to her “ I doubt it because they’re not answering the phone because I guarantee you they shut the oven off as soon as we hung up.”
I was exactly right! As soon as we walked through the door, the girl came out and said “ I’m sorry we’re closed, our ovens are off.” It was now 8:47.
My sister said “we We’re just on the phone with you! You said we could place an order.”
I realize it’s late at this point , but she told us on the phone yes, you can still place an order. Then promptly closed early as they wanted to leave i’m guessing. Very poor business practice to lie to your customers and then close up shop early. If she had simply said “we turn our ovens off at 8:30” for example, “ you can only get cold food,” We would have been fine with that. I would have understood.
This was NOT cool! I asked her “why did you tell us we could call back and place an order then?” And she just said “sorry we had to shut our ovens off. We had to close.” I said “that’s pretty messed up”and we left. Between my sister, me and my nephew we place a lot of orders with Cheryl’s. None of us will be ordering from Cheryl‘s anymore. They have lost our business.
I hope the owner realizes his employees running things in this manner will continue to lose them customers. There are other places to buy food!

Honestly I have been craving pizza for a while. Thought I would try Cheryl’s Pizza this time. This pizza taste interesting. Like I was eating a thin block of oily cheese. I searched my cupboard and tried adding pepper flakes and parmesan separately and together. Let me know what you do to help the taste. I’m willing to try again.
