Not a bad place for lunch. Decent pizza and a nice salad. I got the “Lunch Box” which is the special. Along with that you get a reusable cup and two tootsie rolls (which was kind of cute). My biggest complaint was the music was a weird electronic smooth jazz. Other than that, it was a nice stop.

12:20 pm on a Saturday. No one dining inside. No one helping at the front register. I can hear the faint voice of someone in the back perhaps taking an order. I have been standing for 10 minutes.

Stopped in for lunch today. To my surprise they were not busy. My custom buffalo pizza was amazing with the “Hippie” dough and the bread sticks were hot and fresh. Amy the manager was clearly busy with store work but she still went out of her way to make sure my dining experience was everything it should have been. This was a very pleasant lunch for me as I am used to getting below standard service from other establishments in this area. I will definitely come back again and I highly recommend you go as well.

I love Hot Box in general but this location has never given me a bad experience. I’ve ordered from here about once a week for the last two years. Only one time was the order incorrect and the management allowed me a choice of an expedited replacement or a free pie on my next visit. If I could marry pizza, I’d be a much fatter man.

Probably the best traditional American regional pizza place they cover the basics extremely well: thin crust, regular crust, breadsticks and salads. Toppings are outstanding never had a bad experience here. Charlie is the manager and hires friendly staff despite the tight labor market.

Still waiting on my pizza it been 80 minutes so far already 40 minutes later than promised. I called and they claimed the delivery driver called me multiple times. They have to remake it so it’s another 25 minutes so they say. No calls on my phone and I ordered online and my phone number on the confirmation email is correct. I usually do Papa John’s definitely will rethink this place. Yeah they discounted it but if it was a money thing I wouldn’t be eating out.
