My wife and I walked in Sunday night, the girl at the front was taking care of a customer so we waited in line. Once the customer left the girl went to the back and my wife and I stepped up to the counter, when the girl came back up front she didn’t greet us or tell us to give her a moment or anything she went straight to the phone and took an order. By then 2 people came in and were standing behind us, as soon as the girl was done taking the phone order she took a paper to the back and she came back to the front and completely overlooked/ignored my wife and I and started attending the male customer behind us. She was very rude and her overlooking us was so disrespectful.

We placed an order for a Jumbo pizza and a Parmasian chicken sandwich. However, the order got here they had sent basically a chicken burger. I called and the girl that answered said what does a parmasian have. I had to explain to her. Her response to me was Maybe the cooks don’t know what a chicken parmasian is. We’ll my opinion is, if you work somewhere we’re they offer a specific thing and your the cook you should know how to make it. We’ll they told me they were sending the driver to bring the correct item. It was super dark from the top of the bun and the bottom of the chicken. Pictures say it all. I took that sandwich right back. It also did not smell so great.
All I have to say is that we had been ordering from there for about 20yrs. And now it has gone down in service from the cooks to the customer service. Last time the girl left my son on hold for over 30minutes. We got to the store and he was still on hold. She came from the back laughing. We literally were on hold all the way from the 55 and harlem until we got to their store. It is ridiculous.

The first red flag is that there is no itemized receipt. They just give you the total already calculated. There’s no way to see how much each pizza was or the taxes. Then they charge a cash adjustment fee which I understand but the problem is I was overcharged. I tried to explain it several times to the cashier but she wasn’t getting it and I didn’t want my pizza to be cold so I let it go. If it was the other way around I bet they wouldn’t have let it slide. Anywho the pizza itself was decent just expect to be overcharged.

Staff keeps rotating and the pizza slices were once fresh and delicious but lately they have been tasting like it’s old pizza, pizza was baked at 12pm and and still selling it at 6pm. I will stop coming.

Service was good but the price is too much. Me and my family went to get pizza we all ate it and made us very sick for a few days. Made me throw up 1 hour after eating it really was making my stmouch hurt and my family was also saying it made there stmouch hurt really bad to. Come here if you want I’m not stopping no one but they need to step up there food and not make us sick.

I come here often, food is really good for the price. Quick meals take less than 10 minutes and are satisfying. I get my order wrong rarely but either way I still eat some food so I don’t care, y’all entitled people love hating on simple human mistakes. Not everything is always perfect.

We got a burger with fries & a medium pizza and everything was excellent.
Fries were crispy , pizza was nice and hot and delicious & the burger was good.
Definitely will be back considering we live a couple blocks away! Yum 10/10
