So far the most delicious Puertorican food I’ve tried in FL. Everything was on point! Chef Nieves is great he introduced himself and we felt like at home. Had us try a new menu that hasn’t come out yet and it was delicious. Can’t wait to them visit again.

It’s very quiet and clean. I order my food with zero issues. The restaurant is in the back. Come through the driveway and head towards the end. There are flags and tables when you make that turn. The chef came out and talked to me. I did enjoy that. Just as much as the food. If you want to try Puerto Rican food. I highly recommend coming over here. The grass was cut, so it made the view wonderful. Everyone was nice.

I drove an hour to come get some Puerto Rican food from Chef Nieves and it was worth it! The food was authentic, flavorful and the service was great. Chef Nieves is high energy, fun and genuine. I’ll be back for sure!

Wow, ridiculously good. The empanadas are incredible, and both of our meals were fantastic. My wife said it was the best quesadilla she has ever eaten. The meat is just so good, they packed so much flavor into the pulled pork. And everyone was very nice. I am here on vacation, but if I lived around here, this would be a staple of my diet.

We had Chef Nieves cater for our wedding and it was UNBELIEVABLE. Every guest was blown away by the food and said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Not only was the food amazing, but Christian was so, so nice and so easy to work with. I wish I could eat this food every day because it’s THAT good. 10/10 on everything from food to the service for the event. His servers/staff were also so kind and incredibly helpful. Definitely book him for any catering need! 🙂

It really feels like a hidden gem. I didn’t know they were that close to my home.
I tried the Tri-fongo and it was very good, soft, and not overly buttery like some places make it. My husband had the fried pork with Mofongo and he enjoyed it too. We also ordered the mini alcapurrias as an appetizer. Since they were mini, it was a little hard to catch the full flavor, and they had more masa than meat, but the taste was still good and they weren’t greasy at all.
For our first time there, we walked out happy. I’d definitely go back and try more things on the menu.

Unassuming and authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. Chef takes pride in his art and it shows in both the presentation and the palette. Flavor profiles were all on point, being flavorful but not overly so. An elegant balance that’s hard to achieve today where most offerings are either bland or punch you in the face with seasoning or smoke. Every single thing ordered was presented with care. Chef came out and spoke with us before, came out when presenting and after the meal. You can tell he loves what he does and enjoys seeing the smiles on the patrons faces as they enjoy his work. DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP. It’s such a festival of sites, sounds and flavors that we’ll be happy returning again and again! Hopefully you’ll do the same.

Great food! The best mofongo in Tampa Bay Southshore, hands down! We also tried pigeon peas rice, elbow salad, roasted pork and mamposteao rice! Everything was incredibly delicious! The service was equally awesome!! Highly highly recommended!!!! ✨
