⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing flavors!
I had the bibimbap and dumplings at Little Miss Korea in Allentown, and both were absolutely delicious. The bibimbap was packed with fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned every bite was flavorful. The dumplings were tender, juicy, and full of taste probably some of the best I’ve had. Great quality food and friendly service. Definitely recommend

I can’t say enough good things about Little Miss Korea. Their customer service was incredible, honoring a last minute request OFF HOURS, for a full catering tray and half. The delicious japchae and dumplings were a HUGE hit at my daughters birthday party. Thank you again for your care and consideration to make our daughters day so special. You have customers for life!

We bought the tteokbokki (ricecakes), jajamyeon (black bean noodles) and beef bulgogi bbq.
1st of all everything was under seasoned or lacking in some way.
The ricecakes and black bean sauce was very watery and needed more flavor. The black bean sauce was reheated in microwave tubs and poured over boiled noodles.
The ricecakes were lightly seasoned, the chicken was precooked on the side, lightly seasoned.
Thai ice tea was watered down, would not recommend.
Black bean noodles were good but its not saying much. Its boiled noodles and sauce.
The bbq was the most disapointing. They had alot of raw onions on the cast iron plate and then put cooked dry meat on top with some liquid. It was closer to a soup than a sticky charred bbq.
The best were the picked raddish side dish and even the cucumber sidediah was lacking in salt.

I had gotten their salad before and that was not bad bc of the amount of picked veggies on it and it looks kike thier bibimbap might be good so if you are a vegetarian it’d be good for you, anyone else. Dont

I got the bibimbap with tofu and japchae (glass noodles)with pork along with a matcha lemonade. I LOVED the matcha lemonade and pork. With this being my first time having korean food, I couldn’t help but fall in love. I forgot to take a picture before I started digging into my bowl! I only give the atmosphere 4 because I know they would do greater as a separate spot. Will return for sure!

Food was flavorful and service was okay except the female server was staring down my friend. Staff don’t regulate seating when customers use purses to occupy a seat when the place was packed. We ended up finding seating.

Korean food adapted to the local market: mild, not spicy at all, and lacks the aggressive pungency and fermented funk. Not for me, but the food was good. I do respect that they’ve successfully modified Korean cuisine to be beloved by the local clientele! The place was crowded and everyone enjoyed their meal. I’ve heard it’s difficult to even introduce kimchi to areas not already familiar with Korean cuisine. They’ve surmounted that challenge.

I appreciate the effort but the food is not very good. I got the “spicy” pork, which was not spicy, and the meat had an off smell/taste, as did the meat in the dumplings. Also there’s no kimchi included in the “lunchbox” or as a side as far as I could tell, and you have to spend $7 to buy a small jar of kimchi if you want any with your meal. That’s just crazy for a Korean food establishment honestly.

Edit:
I did ask to have kimchi with the lunchbox and was told to buy a jar
