My order did not look anything near what was advertised , soggy fries , it looks like my sub was slapped between to buns ,dry , a half melted cold cheese, I ordered NO onions (which was on there) and one little slap of dry meat in the center of a hoagie bun , plus my order was delayed 30 minutes from the already 30 min wait . So I waited an hour to get a big disappointment for $ 23.

Guess I should’ve read the reviews and seen why there was a 1.9 rating… But I ordered and found out. $15 for a Philly cheesesteak. At $15 for a cheesesteak he would think that they would at least put cheese on it but they didn’t even do that.… On either sandwich… The fries terrible. Go to Mojo’s or Phillies or any other place for a Philly cheesesteak don’t go here. $30 down the drain

First off, quick selling these tiny, nasty, dry, damn sure does not look like the picture, lack of meat and everything else cheesesteaks to unsuspecting customers. And for the price, you are out your mind. I’ve had better sandwich’s in the school lunchroom. Amount of meat compared to tiny bun was pretty sad, there was no cheese sauce, and all the peppers were in one place and all the onions were all on the opposite side of the baby bun. Way over priced and food is terrible, take your money to Jersey Mike’s instead.

Absolutely the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Ordered from Door Dash so I can’t do anything about it. Spent 25.00 tip included for a pile of garbage that isn’t edible. I wish I would have seen all the 1 star reviews. Someone should shut this place down.

First time I had this issue a was pretty good. Quality has significantly dropped. Burnt meat on the sandwich, very greasy, fries are soggy and bland. Came thru delivery. No ketchup as requested, no napkins for this greasy sandwich. Last time I’ll order from here. To the restaurant, read the reviews and strive to do better. It’s really not the difficult.

They lost my order from DoorDash. Most of the time this is to have you order through them. Can’t prove that but I ended up up ordering dominos because of he length it had taken their staff to inform my driver of losing a ticket

I’m still trying to figure out where this place is located. There is a Ruby Tuesdays at the location provided online. Tried calling, number takes me to some automated voice saying something about being virtual. I’m so confused. Was excited about it now I’m just over trying to find them.
