Very friendly staff! Ordered a cheeseburger on an onion bagel. It was perfect and oh so yummy!!! Came with a bag of chips too. Nice place to sit and eat, but I got my order to go. Definitely will go back again!

Food was good, staff was super friendly and helpful. We had ham & cheese bagel sandwiches, fresh cut fries and my child had a hot dog. The smell from the frier was strong, we left smelling like fried food. I’d go back for take out.

This is an awesome place to go! The food is delicious, great quality, and inexpensive. The employees are very friendly and patient as well. Very nice little hometown bagel shop. My office will be coming in regularly!

One star only because there is no zero stars. Customer service is horrible. It took over an hour to have order filled. 4 sandwiches!!!! First sandwich that was messed up was the toasted cheese with bacon on an asiago. I had a conversation with the man taking the order who I assume is the owner. He said the toasted cheese usually only comes bread. I requested on the bagel which he said was no problem. Get home and it’s on toast. The second was my cheeseburger on an onion bagel with lettuce. And guess what was not on the sandwich…..lettuce?!? The server handing the food out was facing away from the customers the whole ti.e calling the orders out at the volume of a church mouse. I give every business the benefit of the doubt when they first open, but this was unacceptable. Take lessons from this. Move with a sense of urgency, double check the orders before you wrap it up, take a name or give an order number to the customer. Smile and look like you love your job even if you hate it. Do not use busy as an excuse. Being to busy is a great problem to have. Learn to manage it and business grows, use it as a crutch and business fails. I will try again in a month. Hopefully a better experience.

I like the idea of supporting local small business, but here’s the rub. For the same price I can go just down the road to several other places and get twice the value. What they have isn’t bad. I have enjoyed everything I have gotten there but need to re-evaluate their portion sizes. Go down to Redners or Riveria or Procopios or Subway or pretty much anywhere else local and compare what you get for your money. There’s no compelling reason to go here, with a limited menu, and pay more for less. I wish them success but if they close up like every other business thats been in that spot I will understand why. I can walk there and I don’t stop there anymore.

The staff are very helpful and the food is excellent… If i was rich id buy from there everyday all day. I was so tired on my one visit from working all day that i literally fell asleep 2 min after ordering my food and the ladies were very kind to me and only woke me gently when my my food was finished.. Thank you all very much at cheesy bagel..

The best loaded baked potato ever!!! And the toasted cheeseburger was way better than even the Ephrata Fair Lions Club!!! Will definitely keep going there!!

We went on a Friday morning. Enjoyed a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and a cinnamon bagel. Prices are reasonable (4.50 for bagel sandwich) and food enjoyable!
