Once you enter, you will smell the most delicious food from the kitchen. Made me hungry just walking in.
Chic and elegant decor all around the corners. Amanda the staff member was so kind and friendly. She helped us with the menu and questions. All the food we got was delicious and packed with flavors.
The burger meat was juicy and tender. Fried potatoes were seasoned well. Love their tea. The aroma is so relaxing. They sold the tea leaves and other products too.
Parking in the front. Very convenient. A good place for afternoon tea and dinner.

We popped in for a quick lunch. What a darling place. The owner herself (she was so sweet) came over and chatted with us and explained how the restaurant got started and some of the dishes they offer. Their menu is extensive in food and drink offerings. My mom had the fish and chips. It is a huge portion and according to my mom, it’s very tasty. I had the hummus sandwich which was good as well. It comes with chips. I don’t eat chips so I probably should’ve asked if I could’ve gotten something else. They host a proper British tea the last Sunday of each month. That would be fun to go back for.

I went to the UK around 2.5 years ago and my whole family wished we had a British spot to eat at in the Indy area. Recently, they found this spot in a Google search and we knew we had to come try it.
Came on a Saturday at around 10 AM and they were a little busy but we immediately got a table. Our waiter was very kind and attentive to our table. We started with the crumpets and a British Scone as appetizers. Both of those were fantastic!
I then got the BAP (breakfast sandwich) with Banger Sausage, chips and British bacon on the side. I was overall impressed! The sandwich was tasty, the chips were fried perfectly, and the bacon was really good too.
Overall, if you want that good ole British feel in a restaurant, Cheeky Bastards is THE premier British restaurant in Fishers! I’ll be back.

Glad I made reservation for 6:45pm dinner on Valentine Day because this place was packed. When we arrived we were taken to our table right away. The restaurant had such amazing British vibes with tea sets decoration in the walls and corners, a lot of British posters and arts, was amazing vibes.
The menu had few of British style bites and sandwiches, but there was an extensive list of teas and coffees. We started with the delicious beef Wellington bites. Crispy outer layer and soft meat inside. For entree we got Banger burger and Birmingham cheesesteak. Both were sooo good. The bread was toasted but soft. The steak was so juicy mixed with caramelized onions and cheese. It would give the Philly cheesesteak a good competition. At the we had the vanilla ice cream that was also creamy and super tasty. Loved the lavender lemonade as well.
Our server Amanda was incredible. Her provided an amazing friendly service. All other staff members were very nice too, taking empty plates out of our tables whenever they were walking by. The dishes came out within short time. Despite being British, prices were decent for the items. They also gave free refills for the lemonade. Overall loved the dinner experience. Made the V-day so much better for us.

The separation of the dining spaces gave a British-American traditional feel crossed with familiar Japanese-style private dining areas, just without the shoji screens.
The dishes were delicious! We ordered the lamb shepherd’s pie, fish and chips, and scones with currants and strawberry jam. The shepherd’s pie was flavorful, rich in herbs and spices, and topped with creamy mashed potatoes. The fish and chips were plentiful—easily enough for two people. The fish had a light, flaky crust, perfectly battered with a crisp exterior and moist interior. The petite wedges were golden-brown, crispy, and full of flavor.
The scone was unlike any I’ve ever had before. It was moist on the inside and crumbly, with a light buttery flavor that melted in your mouth.
The Cheeky Margarita and Cheeky Old Fashioned drinks were the best we’ve ever tasted—and these are drinks we often order when dining out!

We went here as a group and all of us enjoyed it, had a lot of fun with the atmosphere, and liked the food.
We also all agreed that it was probably a one-time experience and not necessarily something that we would go back to unless someone else we knew wanted to check it out. That’s not a diss towards the restaurant, just that it’s not our favorite type of food even though it was great quality and great service.

We came here for our anniversary. Coming from Europe, we can attest the authenticity of the meals. They were, simply put, perfect. Chips fried to perfection, housemade vinaigrette that leaves you satisfied and the tartar sauce.. well, try it. Great portion, sweet staff and chill atmosphere. We walked out under $80 for 2 big starters, 2 entrees and 2 cocktails. Will come back, even though it’s a 50 minute drive.

This was my first time at a British-themed restaurant. We were met at the door by part-owner Hope. She was very friendly, warm, and welcoming! She treated us like family from the start. She told us a bit about the business and her business partner, Robert. Once seated, she went over items we should try. She visited with us for about ten minutes, explaining menu items and sharing stories about her and the business. It was refreshing to feel like family with a stranger! To start, we ordered the Scottish Eggs, which were delicious. For entrees, we had the fish and chips and Guinness Steak pie! Neither disappointed, and they were fresh, hot, and flavorful. During our meal, the other business owner and Chef Robert visited with us. He told us a bit about himself and told us he only fries in Beef Tallow. For those that don’t know, this is phenomenal and very healthy! This is what McDonald’s used to fry in the 70’s. Everything was delicious, and the dining experience was one of the best we had in Indy! Please support this gem of an establishment! I’m not aware of any other authentic English restaurants in Indy. Thank you, Robert, Hope, and our server, Amanda, for a great experience!

We slid into our seats, ordered drinks, and opened the menu. One glance was all it took, and we laughed because we both knew exactly what we came for: fish and chips.
When the plates arrived, we just looked at each other in shock. Wow. Massive portions, beautifully plated. This wasn’t bar food. This was art. The batter was perfection: crisp and golden, but not that thick, greasy armor other places hide fish in. You could actually taste the fish was fresh, flaky, and tender. And the chips? Hand-cut, perfectly seasoned, with just the right bite. It didn’t take long before we were fully silent, the universal sign of a great meal, and then suddenly… there was nothing left on the plate but crumbs and happiness.
We had the chance to chat with one of the owners and meet the chef. They told stories of British expats traveling across town because they heard this place had the real deal, that authentic comfort done right. After one bite, we knew exactly why people keep coming back. This isn’t just a meal. It’s an experience you keep thinking about days later… and craving weeks after.
For years, my gold standard for fish and chips was Kona Jack’s. But now? I’ve found a rival, different, but every bit as incredible. I’m already planning my next trip, and I know my friend won’t hesitate to join me.
