I ordered our food for pickup at 7:09, went in looking for it at 8:10 and it still wasnt ready. After an hour and 15 minutes a lady said they were out of the croissants that I paid extra for. Ask for it to be taken off which made everything worse. Foods cold and im sure i paid for food I didn’t receive and a tip that wasnt earned. By far my worst experience at Cheddars.

Got the sirloin and shrimp. Was pretty good. Steak was a little tough but not too bad. The little cup of sauce that came with it was awesome.

Came in today for a family meal. 6 group wait equated to about 22~ minutes.
Chips and queso, honey crossaints, and onion tower as appetizers.
I ordered the chicken pot pie, and it was delicious.
Other members all got a steak with sides.
A few mistakes were made –
one steak with shrimp entry came with grilled shrimp of the requested fried shrimp.
Another steak entry, asked for brown gravey, got white.
All steaks were over peppered.
No hugest deals but annoyances.
The server didn’t take any finished plates or glasses when we were done as courtesy bussing.

The classic chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious! Thick breast cooked well, nice and juicy. The waitresses were fun and engaging in conversation, very kind to guest. The fish tank is well cleaned and you can see how lively they are in the steady water looking healthy. Would visit again

Ordered the buffalo chicken tender platter with Idaho Mashed Potatoes and the broccoli casserole. The food was very delicious with large portions. The strawberry lemonade was an excellent beverage choice. To finish we shared a cookie monster which was delicious. Great place to eat ever so often.

This place was delicious! Cool atmosphere, server was overly apologetic that their fryer had just broken. Some of the best salmon ever. Honey buttered croissants-YUM! Very affordable as well.

Kills me to post this as I absolutely used to love Cheddars. We had our team meeting here this month as they pic and I was dumb-founded that a group of 7 were sat in tge absolutely center at 2 small tables pulled together. This was after 1pm. The only other option was for us to squeeze in a booth? Weird as their were more open tables in the back.
Our waitress struggled with our drinks and our order. Including forgetting 1 plate. No drinks were refilled until we asked a few times. All in all. It was a full struggle.
