Just order a cheeseburger kids meal in drive thru and my son shows me the apple slices bad was opened and half empty- dried out and gross. Not sure how this happens so easily- packing and opened bag of food for kids to eat?! WTH!!

Was definitely happy with the service here. You can actually hear them over the speaker a plus. We ordered food and had to add ice cream at the pay window for our son to use it to take medicine. They were so helpful and the food was so good. We ate breakfast and we will be going back again.

Ordered a drink to be picked up inside. Waited around 10 minutes before letting them know I still haven’t received my drink. The manager in charge asked someone to make the drink, then proceeded to be told it was already done by said employee then pointed at it. Told them to wait since I was standing right there. Of course, after I walk away about a minute later the drink is ready. The best part was it was the wrong drink. It was fun to watch the employees huddle in a circle, do absolutely nothing while one or two of them were actually doing any work. Great work atmosphere, absolutely fantastic customer service, and even better leadership.

Sat in the drive through lane for 10 minutes with no greeting after watching all the cars on the other side get their order taken I was saying hello over and over and finally was greeted with no apology for the wait or anything I get to the window and the employee had no manners or apologizes and same with the next window I had to be the one to tell them to have a great day none of them seemed to have customer service. I’ve never felt like I needed to write a review but that was ridiculous:(

We go to this McDonald’s every other day damn near, and 8/10 times it’s wrong! They are always willing to fix their mistakes without questioning. I just wish they would work on these mistakes instead of constantly having them!

Service was not great. Set in the far takeout order line for over 10 minutes while the other line keep putting in orders and moving forward. Finally pulled up to take out window to put my order in aling with the 3 cars behind me. Was told to move to last window kid ran down throw my food out the window and didn’t have my whole order. Set there another 5 minutes before someone decides to ask me if I needed something and said yes the rest of my order which the kid who throw my food at me would have know if he hadn’t walked off. I don’t go there often and things like this remind me why.

Levanda was very friendly. My order was correct and quick. Staff in the back was hustling and manager seemed on top of everything.
