Great food and fun atmosphere. I visited here all the way from Kansas for my sons birthday weekend. He enjoys hibachi and Japanese food. I have been to many hibachis over the years. I will say our chef was very talented, creative and unique. The teriyaki chicken, shrimp and salmon and fried rice we selected was very delicious and very large portions. The way the chef entertained everyone at the table and the kiddos who were with their parents was delightful. The green led light, fun fire volcano and rice tossing was very different. I look forward to visiting again! (I was glad their ventilation system when cooking word so very well. I’ve experienced other establishments where the grill and smoke make your eyes burn. This is spot is much more enjoyable.

First time visiting the steakhouse. We all had a wonderful time with our family. The kids really loved the food show! The food was great too, the staff was awesome as well. My brother and his girlfriend go at least two times a month, so we had to give it a try and see what the hoot was all about, lol. Must say it was pretty good and we really enjoyed ourselves. The plates are very large, so if you’re going in with several kids, they all do not need their own meal. At least 2 kids can share one meal. My mother, daughter, who is five, and I all shared one meal. You first get a soup and salad, then rice, then your meat & veggies. It’s all kids of served to you at seperat times. But we all had something a little different, and it was all delightful and so good. We had a few appetizers to share. We went in with about 8 of us, I believe, and spent around $200, so just be prepared to spend a little money if you want to go to a cool Japanese steakhouse like this. And remember, we even shared plates as well. I’m just trying to leave an honest review. But all in all, it was delicious and we will visit again!

I celebrated my 60th birthday here with my family. The food was excellent as always. My only issue was the chef. He was nice but not very interactive with the group. His focus seemed to be on one customer at the table, which was either a friend or acquaintance of his, as if no one else was at the table. The only time he spoke with the rest of us was when asking how we wanted our food prepared.

First time there was a great experience. I have an allergy to garlic and they took care of me. Lot of places don’t. The food was great the atmosphere was good and let me tell you they do not let your drink run out! Our server was Angelo, and he went above and beyond to help us out.

This restaurant is great experience! You have the choice for a table or hibachi grill seat. Our server was funny and engaging- he had my kids (10 and 12) rolling! The grill experience was great and our cook has great aim when he throws rice!

My family and I have made it a tradition to go to a hibachi grill for Thanksgiving dinner for the past several years. No one wants to cook, and no one wants to clean up. Kansai is always a fun meal out. They have great food, excellent sushi rolls and the chefs are always entertaining. Plus, I just love a good hibachi grill! Definitely recommended and will definitely go back.

Have not been to Kansai in awhile and I am not sure why; it was fabulous last night! Service was definitely on point (especially keeping up with my husbands sweet tea refills!) and the food was delicious as always, but it’s always so much food! The leftovers were delicious for tonight’s dinner too .

(copied from my wife)DECIETFUL!!! smallest print on the menu “lunch menu monday-saturday 11-2” do not go here on a Sunday expecting to have a normal priced meal bc you will get talked down upon when to your surprise your bill is $40 per bento box. Horrible people skill, horrible communication!! Manager says “I’ll give you 10% off of $166 bill” to get $8 taken off?? In what world is that 10%??? We are a family of 5 and will NEVER be back to this establishment. Could have gotten a filet minon AND a lobster tail for cheaper. How hard is it just to be transparent AND considerate to your customers? Then when something is said EVERY workers entitled ego wants to talk about us and rush us from our table as if we dang near didn’t just buy that table?!
