First time here, the honey butter Croissant were absolutely delicious. Sweet and soft and fresh. Husband has the burger and fries. They were really delicious he said. I had the cheese bites with ranch. They were very tasty. Service was good. No wait time for a table.

Not a good experience. Our waitress acted like she did not want to be there. We ordered onion rings. They had zero seasoning. We had to add salt and pepper. My husband ordered a steak well done. It arrived with blood running. My chicken tenders had zero seasonings. The salad was the best thing I had. My grandson would not eat his chicken tenders. He said they were not good. Very disappointed after driving over an hour to get to the restaurant.

Horrible service and food!!!
My family and I visited the restaurant on 11/2/2025. First, the sodas were Horrible. My daughter ordered the fanta orange and it came to the table looking like light orange water. Tge Waiter said the syrup was out! And he still brought us the soda away. It took 15m to get another. The bread was under cooked. After 45 mins, the manager came to the table to tell us that someone had taken my husband’s steak and they were doing a refire.
The food came to the table wrong! Both plates had to be refired. By that time we had been sitting 45ms we asked for the food to go. My salmon was beyond overcooked! The steak was still the wrong size!
There was still a charge for an appetizer we DID NOT get. When we asked the server to have it removed he stated they gave it to use for 1/2 off! He wanted us to pay 1/2 price for something we never received. This place was awful! We will not go back!

Our first visit to a Cheddar’s, but definitely not our last. The food was incredible, the service was stellar and the prices were very reasonable. Our server, David, brought out freshly baked croissants before our meal, and they were literally the best croissants I have ever had. For our meal, I had the Blackened Tilapia and Shrimp with Cajun Alfredo over Rice and my hubby had the New Orleans Pasta with Chicken, Shrimp and Sausage. Both were well prepared and tasted fresh and flavorful. The portions were hearty and more than enough for leftovers. We will definitely go back again and again to try all the other goodies on their menu.

Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen has a large menu with chicken, steak, pork chops, salads, burgers, wraps, and comfort food. The service was very quick, even with a larger group. The food came out quickly, and the server was very attentive. All meals are started with hot croissants with honey butter. We also ordered the nachos with cheese appetizer, which was great. The Dijon mustard chicken with mushrooms is still my favorite.

This was our 2nd day eating here because we ate there the day before and the food was so good. Yesterday the bartender was amazing! We went today and the bartender was horrible. He was rude taking our orders and dropped our food off and never came back to our refills or anything! We waited forever on our check I finally had to get a server to get him because we were on lunch break. Then when we left I heard him say something smart about people not tipping. I ALWAYS tip. But, the service was horrible!!!!!

We ate at Cheddars in Branson, MO. Between having to wait 30 minutes for a table, and then waiting for our meals, it was 2 hours and we still didn’t have our food. Our waiter was wonderful; funny and chatty and very professional. Before he even brought our food, the waiter told us our meal had been comped. We never complained, never asked where our food was; we were enjoying talking with each other. Our waiter knew how long we’d been waiting. That’s wonderful customer service. And our waiter got a really good tip!

Meet a girlfriend here for lunch today – both first timers, and was blown away with the food and service. Sandy, the owner/manager, met us at the door and welcomed us in. As first timers, he comped us an appetizer – delicious! We also enjoyed the cheeseburger and fries and cajun chicken bowl with red beans and rice. Our server was Kendra, and what a wonderful person she is! Friendly, professional, and provided us top notch service.

I ordered online to go. Right before it was time for me to pick up my food there was a severe thunderstorm. When I arrived I went into the restaurant instead of doing curbside so that the worker wouldn’t get soaked. I stood around with no one around the to go area or bar for about 5 minutes or so before someone came out the back to help. When I got home I realized my loaded baked potato was just a potato, nothing on it. I also ordered a Caesar salad, the lettuce was not fresh. It was very soggy and welted. My croissants were smashed and barely had any honey butter on them. I tried to call just about the baked potato and sat on hold for more than 15 minutes before I had to drive back to the restaurant. The staff was pleasant but the overall food and to go process was pretty terrible.
