I haven’t been in Crystal in probably 20 years. The cashier really help me out on finding the best value meal for the price. The taste hasn’t changed at all. Still reminds me of White Castle, but better. The store was a little old. Someone had walked in with mud on their shoes and tracked it through the dining room, and some of the tables wasn’t clean, but other than that not bad

The fries are what they are known for and they didn’t disappoint. (Five stars) Also had a spicy chicken sandwich… it was from an anorexic chicken it was so thin (minus one star) Finally they have this weird talking voice on their intercom when you order. It’s robotic and doesn’t feel very hospitable. It feels like the YouTube videos where they have the robo voice over. I hate those videos… (Minus one star)

Food was pretty good. Ordered food and was given our drinks while we waited. Got to table and realized I had no straws and get were inside so had to wait for someone to come back to window. Waited at least ten minutes while everyone continuously walked by then she brought our food out I asked for straws and got them.

The computer speaker is the pain in the butt it hard to get the order right so the guy checked on it. But the baconzilla and fries are good. They need to get rid of the computer speakers

they got a robot talking thing and the robot was having trouble so we talked louder and when we got to the window mind you we are 4 teenagers they started yelling at us saying that we don’t neeed to raise our voice at the robot
