As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The black gentleman with the baritone voice is an amazing asset to you. He is FANTASTIC and I have spoken to multiple people who have also noticed. If he is a manager, he is an excellent role model for the less experienced workers. If he is not a manager, he should be promoted. I hope he is being well compensated because he has the presence and attitude to be selling things way more expensive than burgers. -Seriously, please let him know how much he is appreciated. I haven’t felt this good about spending $20 in a long time.

The employees here are amazing! I actively choose this fast food place out of any other place in the area if I have a say so.
There’s this one employee, I’m not sure what his name is exactly, but if you pull through the drive-thru and hear a nice chill monotone voice by a darker man, you know your order will be perfect. Once again he’s fantastic at his job and deserves a raise or something!!
I’ve been to this place at lunchtime, dinnertime, 1 am, 6 am, whatever but I know when I hear him it is gonna be good food coming. Definitely worth stopping by if you like fast food!

This used to be a great location, yesterday it was awful. Ordered online, waited over 5 minutes past time order should have been ready. After I get home, I didn’t get the correct order, no garlic parm fries instead just bacon & chz fries & hotdog & burger were cold.

I was so exited to see a checkers im texas. The food was really good but I didn’t get any marinara sauce for my cheese sticks. Over all everything was great! If im ever on the side of texas again I’ll definitely be back.

Albeit that we went thru drive-thru for the 2 meals for $14 at midnight. There was one car pulling away from the drive-thru as we pulled to the window.. it was exactly 44 minutes for us to sit at the window and get our meal. The reason was NOT that the lady working the window wasn’t working …. she was filling delivery orders. My husband and I watched her prepare 12 orders before we got ours. Just a heads up that we would be waiting close to an hour would have been appreciated…. and I’m sure the 5 or 6 people that gathered behind us would have as well. The food was good when we got it! I’m not sure it was worth waiting that long, though.

Gurmeet was super friendly. We had to go back through because he forgot a sandwich and he fixed it right away! Hands down better service at this location than in our state of Texas. The food we got was hot, fresh and tasted amazing. That man deserves a raise.

I bought 2 checker burgers , there was no mayo or mustard and the bottom bun was so dry and hard. The meat tasted salty. And when I called I told her I have never had a chzmp or checker burger taste like this she immediately told me it’s not suppose to have anything on bottom bun. And I wTch him make it fresh but I have heard from others, that say they have horrible customer service,and you can not tell them what’s wrong with your food because they all say we do it as it is done on the sheet .we’ll I have ate at checkers more than once and I will never buy there again. Update the general manger called me this morning and apologized, and offered to make me lunch for today . He was very friendly, and I went and he made me a burger fries, and a drink and all of it was as good as it should be. I appreciate the service he gave me.
